As soon as you enter the pastry shop, the staff greets you with warmth and kindness. The first thing that catches your eye is the vast selection of traditional Sicilian desserts and the attention to detail in their presentation. Freshness, elegance, and carefully balanced flavors are the first things you notice about the vast selection of products. But it doesn't end there: in addition to desserts and the option to order cakes for birthdays or other events, they also offer products for those who prefer savory treats, including arancini, panelle, and frittatina pasta. They also have a corner dedicated to the sale of products, from dairy products to bread. And last but not least, the highly efficient and well-managed owner Mimmo, who greets customers with a wide-eyed smile.

Everything is really too good, stop and try it.

This place has been around for a long time. The classic arancini with ragù are the best I've had in forty years. The eggplant sfincione is also good (though I'd leave out the prosciutto). The pastries are truly excellent.

Nothing to complain about the quality of the food (everything was delicious). I found a pleasant corner of Sicily. What I didn't like was the fact that the women behind the counter never smiled. It almost felt like we were bothering them. It's a shame because it ruins everything.

After trying their desserts (which passed), I wanted to test out their savory options by ordering a pan of sfincione for Christmas Eve. As a Palermitan, I can only offer my compliments. The sfincione was fabulous, passed and loved by everyone. The prices were fair—try it and believe it. Well done!

For being in Parma, excellent choice and quality

A pastry shop that combines quality with a unique atmosphere. The pastries are excellent, fresh, and varied. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff behind the counter is always smiling and helpful, making every visit a pleasant experience. They also did a truly kind gesture, giving a pastry to my wife and then to my son, making the experience even more enjoyable.

This hidden gem is located in Parma, perfect for those who aren't in Sicily but want to eat as if they were. I had a sweet breakfast there, but even the savory items, both from the deli and elsewhere, oozed Sicilian flavors. Definitely worth a try.

Everything was delicious, from the bread to the arancini...cannoli and cassata... combined with the friendliness of the staff, for me it's the best.
