Il Tempio In Parma

I ordered a birthday cake yesterday. I asked for 1.5 kg, but they made me 1.9 kg, but whatever was left, we took home. Nothing to say about the flavor (pistachio, hazelnut), it was good, and strange but true (given the flavors), it was also light. We weren't happy with the aesthetics, however. It's true that it was for a 6-year-old, but there was too much confusion on the cake and the writing was illegible at all. The aesthetics definitely need improvement, but it would be the best! You can also read the writing in the photo, but in person, no!

Top service, the guy who served me was friendly and very courteous. The cannoli were superb, and the arancini and rizzoli with ragù were superb. When I return to Parma, I already know where to eat. Highly recommended.

I haven't eaten here for a long time, I have to say that some time ago they were much more similar to the pieces from Sicilian trattoria but today they are truly horrible, Neapolitan sandwiches all raw inside and hard and dry onions, they must have changed the rotisserie because the tavola calda is cooked at too high a temperature and not very leavened, the result is raw inside and dry and hard as a stone on the outside.

The café is small and very good. The arrancini were very creamy and, for me, the best I've had in Italy so far. I also found the sweet dishes very tasty.

It's been ages since I ate here.... The last time it was much better, maybe it's because it had just opened.... Maybe it's because it's changed management.... the fact remains that the taste of the arancini has changed and also the politeness of those behind the counter. I realized that I only spent 3 euros and not 30-40, but I think that when I say goodbye and wish a good evening, a customer expects a return...

Che dire, erano anni che non mangiavo gastronomia siciliana così buona, ingredienti di ottima qualità, abbiamo fatto anche scorta per il nostro rientro, consigliatissimo , anzi vi esorto ad andare che sia colazione, pranzo, cena, merenda, vi straconsiglio la granita con la Brioscia col tappo!
