Alfredo di Savini Tartuffi Alfredo made me the best truffle carbonara I've ever tasted. This place is truly authentic, and both the owner Luca and the chef were extremely kind.

Very good pasta. It is near the middle of the station, walking from outside. I'd recommend getting just the best seller, the trying food from other stalls.

Savini Tartufo's meatballs were terrible, with bland tomato sauce and watery meat. Too many people, an unbearable dining atmosphere, difficulty seating, and difficulty eating. We went with high expectations and were completely disappointed.

Luca is a wonderful chef. I really enjoyed the Tagliolino al Arturo and the risotto! It was bellisimo!

The food was really good but eat truffles with plastic forks and paper plates doesn't add to the experience. The atmosphere and vibe of the place is super cool!

Great food amongst the hustle and bustle of Mercato Centrale Roma. I ordered the Polpette Della Nonna at lunch. Thoroughly enjoyed it and it was quite filling. Highly recommend.

The taste is so layered. The rice, the sauce, the aroma of the truffles, and the slightly bitter crust make every bite breathtaking. 😮‍💨 Thank you to the handsome chef for his professionalism and dedication to cooking such a perfect dish. Even in the crowded and noisy environment of the station food court, it's hard to overshadow this hidden gem. I was so nervous before leaving that I forgot to say thank you. I bought truffle salt here. The subway market sells it for 13.9g per 100g. Here, I bought three for 41.85g, or 13.95g each. They even give you a bag. It's close to the airport bus stop, so if you're pressed for time, buy it here. The staff is friendly.
