Probably the best Tagliolino al tartufo nero in Rome. Worth every penny! It's hard to believe but it's really true. You can find them at the main train station/termini in Rome. Fantastico grazie mile Ragazzi

Ordered 5 different dishes. The pasta was undercooked if you ate it right away. As we let it sit about half way through our meal it fully cooked. The risotto, however, was crunchy. Besides the undercooked pasta and rice, the truffle flavor was really light. I could see the shaved truffles on top, but even those were barely truffle flavor. Therefore I'd say very pretty pasta but not a lot of truffle flavor on any of the dishes. Service was friendly and great though.

THE BEST PASTA EVER. Get the fresh pasta and fresh Black Truffle! It's amazing. Literally life changing for me. Usually after eating 3 or 4 bites I'd get full. But this was so light and easy to eat. I wanted to order more. I'm definitely glad I came here and I'm definitely going to miss this place. 😭

We had a cacio e pepe and an amatriciana con tartufo. The pasta was the best pasta we've had. Very very al dente! Alessandro and Marco were also very nice and gave suggestions. Very reasonably priced delicious truffle pasta! Highly recommend.

On my trip to Rome, I and my family had a very nice experience, in this restaurant there were some young people who served us very well and the food was very delicious. They made us feel at home. Thanks Luca and Dalesio!
