Tried it yesterday for dinner for the first time. We had breakfast in this place and were impressed by the atmosphere and the staff so, intrigued, we wanted to try dinner too. Positive experience. Great food, great portions, relaxed atmosphere, simple but of an excellent standard. Absolutely recommended! They definitely have 2 more customers!

Il Tartarughino Nero is a very welcoming place, the owner Gianluca is very present during all phases of the dinner, which is full of excellent and plentiful starters, the first courses very good as are the second courses. The desserts are good. I recommend it to anyone.

Nice atmosphere, host offered us both an Italian and English Menu, great service. Thoroughly enjoyed our starter and mains. Would highly recommend.

We found this place on google maps. Intrigued by the positive reviews we decided to have dinner here and I can say that it deserves all the praise! Excellent food, friendly staff, generous portions, honest prices. Highly recommended!

Everything about this place is perfect, I highly recommend it, the service is great, the food is delicious, you don't need anything else. Large portions. Just remember that dinners can only be ordered after 8 p.m

Always a guarantee, spectacular dishes of both fish and Roman cuisine. Very friendly and nice staff. A pleasure to come and eat here!

30/12/2024: Amazing place! We booked a table and were surprised by the welcoming and kind treatment of the hosts. Besides Italian we heard Russian, Spanish and English, not sure if there are even more languages spoken. Walk ins were also very welcome, which for us as usually spontaneous guests is so appreciated. The food was so tasty in every course. We ordered a starter followed by pasta and seafood, but meat is also available. Every dish that came out looked delicious. We will be back soon!

21/12/2024: Expectations a little disappointed, we had two desserts and two beers. The desserts weren't that great but the beers were very good. Price a little high.
19/12/2024: Nice option if you're staying near the Cipro Station of Rome Metro . Staff is attentive and prices are fair.
