Amazing people. Ask for their secret menu new drink and show them the photo below the •Jimissmo” by world exhibited local American Italian Artist, Jimissimo , a special double expresso with panna , without or with foam. Then make a photo with drink and dm / tag @Jimissimo on instagram for a free digital art piece just for you!

We stopped here all three mornings during our stay in poligniano a Mare. The pastries were a 80 to 90% hit rate, but the Caffe Speciale was as the name describes—truly special.

Historic bar, located in the heart of Polignano (between the bridge, the arch to the old town and the square). The special coffee (about €2.50) with alcohol inside is absolutely worth trying. It's a peculiarity that they only do in Polignano. The interior is picturesque. Too bad it doesn't have parking for motorbikes nearby.

Al di là delle apparenze "retrò" del locale che evidenzia una struttura datata e del personale abbastanza approssimativo, ho trovato il caffè speciale particolare ma la granita alle more molto buona. Eviterei la panna che non è all'altezza della granita.

22/12/2024: Very nice place, with a rustic look, with an internal and external room. Really well presented menu, made with style and studied down to the smallest detail. The pizzas are delicious, soft and with a highly digestible dough. Quick service and prices slightly above average but justified by the excellent quality of the raw materials. 03/02/2025: Gastronomia dove cucinano piatti spettacolari buonissimi ,vi sentirete come a casa. Cibo si altissima qualità ho assaggiato di tutto in un mese e posso dire che non ho trovato una pietanza fuori posto davvero eccezionale, personale gentilissimo e qualificato, pulizia ai massimi livelli.consiglio vivamente.
12/10/2024: Very big recommendation, it's just perfect! If you want, you can eat there at small tables or take something tasty with you. Everything is lovingly homemade and of the very best quality. The foccacia is an absolute dream, nice and crispy at the bottom. The typical bread balls are also so delicious. We chose various small portions, which were then prepared especially for us. Great quality at reasonable prices. The women serve you very lovingly and friendly. We will definitely come back as we are lucky to have our holiday apartment right in the neighborhood. ❤️
