Delightful place nestled in a stupendous valley and up a steep side road. Attentive and charming service . The menu is divided into with or without truffle dishes! So you are in no doubt that you are in truffle country! We had roasted prunes wrapped in ham and onion parmegiana, both lovely. Followed by steak cooked perfectly on the grill and an unusual lentil soup/stew both again delicious. We were recommended a glass of excellent local Shiraz . With a shared desert it all came to 100E. Which is fair for a special dinner

we had a superb meal here! The surroundings are lovely, in the hills above a beautiful valley, and the decor tasteful. Sadly we couldn’t eat outside. The food was delicious, we managed the menu with some help from the excellent staff! Everything comes either with, or without, truffles - well, this is truffle country! We had steak cooked on the wood fired grill, onion parmigiana, plums wrapped in pancetta, and a slow cooked lentil dish. All delicious! Thoroughly recommended.

I went last night with my partner. Everything was perfect. Very kind and knowledgeable staff on everything. Delicious food from pasta to desserts. The wine he recommended to us was very good. Very nice environment, clean and precise. Too bad we aren't local, but just passing through for a weekend away, otherwise we would have returned.

First time at this restaurant and I have to say I felt like when Christopher Columbus discovered America! Lolita and Umbro, the owners, are in charge behind the scenes of the kitchen, where all the years of experience spent in this sector are found in the dishes we ordered...Everything that comes out of the grill is art...yes yes, I wrote art, because few people know how to cook on the grill and on rare occasions I have received dishes that were not burnt! The quality of the products is high and the wide choice of products from the Umbrian territory and nearby regions make you understand how much the Sovereign's cuisine is linked to its origins... then in the dining room, there is the icing on the cake... Timoti ! a boy of only 20 years old, good looking but with a lot of professionalism that you wouldn't expect to find in a restaurant like this... but yes, because it is here that you understand how nothing is taken for granted in this restaurant!
