3rd time back at this lovely family run place for the best risotto we've had in Como. Warm, friendly service, fantastic local cuisine set in a traditional atmosphere full of character. Loved it!

Rustic yet perfectly integrated into the historic center, with stone walls and wooden beams on the ceiling. A warm atmosphere. The cuisine features classic local dishes, from lake fish to risotto, mushrooms, quail, and stuffed pasta. I tried the quail and the Sforzato risotto. Both were delicious (especially the quail).

11/02/2026: Fantastic risotto, one of the best in years. The casserole was very good, but in my opinion, it contained tomato puree and not the tomato paste, which made it a bit acidic. That said, everything was really delicious.
