Rustic yet perfectly integrated into the historic center, with stone walls and wooden beams on the ceiling. A warm atmosphere. The cuisine features classic local dishes, from lake fish to risotto, mushrooms, quail, and stuffed pasta. I tried the quail and the Sforzato risotto. Both were delicious (especially the quail).

Excellent restaurant.
Reserved and intimate. Spectacular food. We had two appetizers of roast pheasant and quail, followed by a main course of ossobuco. Generous portions.

The staff were very friendly and the place was small but welcoming. I ordered the lake fish, the char. I loved the simple preparation, which didn't overpower the delicate flavor of the fish.

Risotto al Pesce Persico (with local fish fillets) was amazing! Top notch service.
Shame that the building is being renovated so the restaurant is a bit hidden and you cannot see outside.

Delicious authentic food with fresh local ingredients. We tried pheasants, quail, daily catch from the lake, pasta with grey rabbit, and ox spine bones, every member of our group loved each dish. All of these ingredients are something I’m familiar with growing up in south east China, so really glad we find a regional cuisine also appreciates these gifts from nature.

Authentic, family-friendly, and truly delicious food
We were at Il Solito Posto in Como yesterday and were completely impressed. The restaurant is traditionally run and family-run – you immediately feel at home and in good hands.
The menu was very harmonious, and the pheasant was particularly well-prepared – tender, flavorful, and expertly made. The strawberry rum sorbet to finish was a highlight: fresh, aromatic, and perfectly balanced.
The service was warm and attentive without being intrusive. You can tell the passion for cooking and working here is evident.
A true piece of Italian hospitality – we'll definitely be back!
