He showed us and offered us a homemade panettone he made with sourdough: it wasn't a dessert, it was a gesture of love. Sublime, profound, almost poetic in its flavor. The appetizer: delicate, harmonious, an elegant way to start. The seafood scialatielli: just right, balanced, with the fresh fish speaking to you without the need for frills. And the fried fish... a small work of art. Light, clean, the kind that only those who truly know how to cook can make: crunchy, never heavy, a caress of the sea on your plate. Here you don't just eat: you can sense the hard work, the passion, and the love for cooking. The price is very fair for what you get: quality, attention, and a surprising experience. Highly recommended. A place I'll gladly return to.
