Evening with wonderful friends; , well-kept, refined place...nice choice on the wine list and excellent dishes, the owner Anna is wonderful, kind and with a smile like few others. We will definitely return.

Truly exceptional. I don't know what the old management of the place was like, but this one does everything right. The dishes were delicious and honest in the portions. The fish soup was so good that I would have taken 4 more to take home and the octopus melted in my mouth. The welcome was out of the ordinary, Mrs. Anna is of a sweetness and delicacy that is not so easy to find anymore. We felt pampered throughout the dinner. The service was fast, precise and clear in the offer. I will definitely go back the next time I come to Lido degli Estensi.

New management of Setaccio. I was really impressed by the quality of the food: tasty dishes, well presented and prepared with excellent ingredients. But what made the experience even more special was the welcome. The atmosphere is warm and familiar, thanks above all to the owner, a fantastic person: kind, helpful and always with a smile. She makes you feel at home from the first moment.

Only 5 stars because I can't give 7... Anna the owner is a force of nature, she makes you feel at home as soon as you arrive... the cuisine has been revolutionized thanks to the new management, with a modern touch without losing the traditions of the place, last but not least the bill, proportionate to the quality and quantity... to be tried again absolutely. I forgot... trust only the reviews of the last 3/4 months as the new management has only recently been operational.

Il locale è luminoso ed elegante ma non mette soggezione e con Il personale di sala professionale e sorridente, l’accoglienza è ottima. Il menù presenta proposte innovative ma senza quegli eccessi che talvolta rischiano di essere incomprensibili. Viene servita un’ottima focaccia ad accompagnare un amuse-bouche di salmone, offerto e molto delicato Il baccalà mantecato su patate carbone e peperoni dolci proposto come antipasto è un gran piatto, delizioso. I manfettini del marinaio sono una proposta originale e radicata nella tradizione, e precedono un altrettanto ottimo polpo alla brace. Molto interessanti i dessert, fra i quali il latte brûlé. Caffè servito con piccola pasticceria offerta. Tutto ottimo e raffinato sia come sapori che come impiattamento. In cucina lo chef Carlo ed in sala la sig.ra Anna che saluto e ringrazio ancora. Il conto è corretto considerando il livello del locale e la qualità dell’offerta. Un’ottima esperienza, da ripetere.
