Delicious Sunday lunch in this small restaurant, hidden among the streets of a tiny and charming village in Valdisusa.
We tasted original and very tasty dishes, prepared with impeccable skill: from the "capunet" (rolls) of dark cabbage, filled with chestnuts and fondue, to the artichoke with confit cherry tomatoes, to the risotto with cod and candied orange, to the "gobbi" a sort of elongated ravioli, of ancient local tradition, with leeks and black carrot cream, and then a veal cheek in civet that melts like butter... not to mention the desserts (what a wonderful eggnog!) and an impressive wine list, especially Piedmontese but not only
Excellent raw materials, recovery of traditional recipes reinvented with creativity, impeccable service, a welcoming and refined environment make this our first experience at Matilde's an opportunity to certainly be repeated.
The bill is absolutely in line with everything else.

A splendid surprise, hidden in the mountains of Val Susa (watch out for the road to get there). Refined and particular dishes, very tasty (you can taste the genuine ingredients). From time to time the menu changes, based not only on the season but also on the creativity and tastes that the moment offers. Truly remarkable. We always come back with joy and curiosity.

Lost in the countryside this address is worth the detour and after our lunch the trip! Matilde knows how to welcome you with a smile and discretion...the truffle pasta was magical...thank you we will come back

Very characteristic place reachable in a few minutes from Sant'Antonino.
Cozy environment with friendly staff.
The dishes on the menu are few but very refined and prepared with quality ingredients.
We had all the dishes except dessert!! We couldn't resist... Everything delicious!

Increase of one star as I had the opportunity to taste dishes that amazed me with their quality and preparation (like a first course with the preparation of quality black garlic pasta and a non-trivial technique)
The second is also a simple braised meat but of absolute quality
As well as the dessert, an exquisite and fragrant panna cotta with rose petals.
