Delicious Sunday lunch in this small restaurant, hidden among the streets of a tiny and charming village in Valdisusa. We tasted original and very tasty dishes, prepared with impeccable skill: from the "capunet" (rolls) of dark cabbage, filled with chestnuts and fondue, to the artichoke with confit cherry tomatoes, to the risotto with cod and candied orange, to the "gobbi" a sort of elongated ravioli, of ancient local tradition, with leeks and black carrot cream, and then a veal cheek in civet that melts like butter... not to mention the desserts (what a wonderful eggnog!) and an impressive wine list, especially Piedmontese but not only Excellent raw materials, recovery of traditional recipes reinvented with creativity, impeccable service, a welcoming and refined environment make this our first experience at Matilde's an opportunity to certainly be repeated. The bill is absolutely in line with everything else. Valuable!

A splendid surprise, hidden in the mountains of Val Susa (watch out for the road to get there). Refined and particular dishes, very tasty (you can taste the genuine ingredients). From time to time the menu changes, based not only on the season but also on the creativity and tastes that the moment offers. Truly remarkable. We always come back with joy and curiosity.

Lost in the countryside this address is worth the detour and after our lunch the trip! Matilde knows how to welcome you with a smile and discretion...the truffle pasta was magical...thank you we will come back

Simply sublime! Everything super good!! If I can say the only thing I didn't like was the toasted bread to garnish the creamed cod. For the rest, chapeau!!

Very characteristic place reachable in a few minutes from Sant'Antonino. Cozy environment with friendly staff. The dishes on the menu are few but very refined and prepared with quality ingredients. We had all the dishes except dessert!! We couldn't resist... Everything delicious!

Increase of one star as I had the opportunity to taste dishes that amazed me with their quality and preparation (like a first course with the preparation of quality black garlic pasta and a non-trivial technique) The second is also a simple braised meat but of absolute quality As well as the dessert, an exquisite and fragrant panna cotta with rose petals. Well done Matilde and good staff.

02/03/2025: If you are looking for a restaurant where kindness and professionalism are on the menu, look no further than this little urbain Turin gem! We arrived without a reservation, a bit like intruders at a party, but the team found a solution faster than a magician pulling a rabbit out of a hat. The dishes we tasted were simply delicious, a true festival of flavours! And let's talk about the furnishings: it is original and fairytale-like, a bit as if a fairy tale had decided to settle in the city center. We had a "micro problem" with a dish, a detail that mattered by a thread, but without even having to ask, we were offered a reduction. Thanks for the canestrelli, they saved our evening! A big round of applause to the waiting team, who deserve a standing ovation. And a special wink to the gentleman on duty, who conveys the desire to satisfy customers, like a chef in front of his signature dish. In summary, an unforgettable meal in a lovely setting, with a top team! To be done again without hesitation!

25/01/2025: Mi fermo per sbaglio, dopo aver chiesto ad una cara signora, dove mangiare bene e prezzi giusti lungo il mio tragitto, diretto in vetta a Cervelli dopo cozze.... 👍 Locale carino, caldo accogliente, molto pulito e personale gentile. Ho mangiato benissimo, l'agnello come me lo fa mia moglie.... Tutto buono... La sbaglio enorme. ..? Mi avete fatto pagare il coperto 6 euro, come se fossi in due e comunque 3 euro è caro. Mangiato bene, prezzi un pò alti come tutti ormai, ma ci sta... Il coperto no, mi sono accorto dopo quando ormai ero lontano... Non rifatelo e pretendo le scuse e amaro offerto la prossima volta che passo e non scherzo... Perché io sò Marchigiano doc... 3420743225 Donish è una certezza! Pagato 40 euro, se togliamo 3 euro di coperto in più e qualcosina in meno, prezzo giusto 35 euro. 👍
