Exquisite food, excellent wine list, impeccable service. All staff are perceived to be well qualified. There's a reason why I travel 160 km by car to eat at Sauro. Congratulations to all the staff 👏

Ci sono tornato dopo qualche anno in questo locale rinnovato negli arredi ma fortunatamente rimanendo sempre un ristorante di ottimo livello. Il menù è vario con piatti della tradizione ma anche con qualche rivisitazione. Personale attento e professionale che ne garantisce un ottimo servizio. Servizio veloce anche se locale affollato. Buono il rapporto qualità - prezzo.

05/04/2025: Pleasant evening, excellent and tasty food, original setting in the historical context of the Roman Theatre, friendly service guys with their cute red hats, maybe a little more light? Advise.
31/03/2025: Characteristic pub of Benevento, located near the Roman theater, suggestive location. Very good food, delicious sandwiches and quality products. The staff is very kind and friendly with customers, especially the person who takes the orders. I'll be back.

13/04/2025: Ogni volta è sempre un piacere tornare. Rimane uno dei migliori ristoranti della zona, a mio avviso. Qualità, gusto , garbo e gentilezza. Antipasti, primi secondi e dolci superlativi …preparati con maestria e prodotti di ottima qualità. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Gentile, cordiale, simpatico il proprietario . Assolutamente consigliato!
