Wonderful place, friendly staff and quality food.
It is a location with attention to detail, suitable for all types of audiences, I have been with both friends and family and every time I left the table satisfied and full.
The dishes are not only good, but also beautiful, I recommend asking the staff for any off-menu items and suggestions, especially for those who don't know the typical cuisine well.
It is in the center so logistically perfect even for a tour before or after, I recommend booking because it is always full and this alone is enough to understand the excellent level.

Genial, italiano moderno. Realmente disfruté de una versión refrescante de la cocina local aquí. Además de grandes selecciones de vino razonable - - Chiantis local, etc. Disfrutamos de una botella del Ormanni Chianti. Recomiendo una reserva!

We had a wonderful time at Il Santo Bevitore - the atmosphere was very cool, with bottles of wine across the walls and lights deemed, and the staff were extremely nice and provided great service. The food was very modern, bringing a fresh twist to Italian cuisine and delivering some great flavours. We would definitely revisit!

Quando veniamo a Firenze qua dobbiamo fermarci... Tutti gli anni da quando hanno aperto... E sono più di 20... E continua a stupirci e farci godere. Qua troverete cucina toscana rivisitata, locale caratteristico, accogliente, servizio fresco e cordiale... Insomma una seconda casa in quel di Firenze... Li adoriamo
