Years later I rediscover the taste, quality, kindness and traditional and genuine flavours. If you want to be on the safe side, look no further. Various ways to eat mussels, fish and meat as well as pizza. The versatility of the menu does not affect expectations. Sardinia will remain more impressed by remembering the taste of what you can find at Il Salsero.

Nice restaurant and fair prices in the area.... FABRIZIO TOP really nice person who always manages to seat you even when it's full.... Truly excellent person and excellent food.... I've been there 3 times in line. ... I'll be back

BHA incredible tour around half of Italy but I've seen few places like this, welcome with a first level smile, all very kind staff, exceptional MUSSELS and everything else too!!!
I believe it is the best in San Teodoro and I won't go any further so as not to offend other businesses in the area!

Two of us went for dinner driven by the possibility of eating a gluten-free pizza, a very popular but fast place so even without a reservation the wait isn't long, the staff is very kind and smiling even though they travel at around 50 km/h inside of the venue, pay attention to the stop signs! The frittini and pizza were really good! We recommend it in case of celiac disease and non.
On the bill they offered us a digestive and made a small discount of around €5
* Only note and/or note, the surcharge of €4.50 for gluten-free pizza given the €2.50 cover charge could perhaps be avoided.

Had the margarita pizza for the kids, and a Max and Diablo for us. The pizzas were very nice but the "insalata Verde" was literally just chopped up cabbage. Not even any dressing on it. For €5. Asked to send it back and the waitress started arguing with me saying, that's what she told us it was but even this wasn't true as she told us it had olives in it at least. She did eventually take it back, after a fight, and they did take it off the bill.
Think there is a wasps nest nearby as we were swarmed by them at the start of the meal.
Was waiting about 30 mins after the meal to pay so just went up to the bar in the end to pay.
Not bad food all in all (apart from the salad) but service was pretty bad.

Truly excellent cuisine! Good pizza, different mussels. The perfect service, friendly and fast. However, we have another reason to return to Sardinia. P.S. I'm sure everyone remembers my last name 😂 Vaca

Truly remarkable pizzeria and cozzeria located in the beautiful town of San Teodoro full of life and nightlife. Excellent and very fast service despite the place being full. The traditional and special house pizzas are very good and very filling. Top desserts! Highly recommended!!!

Ristorante ottimo ben organizzato, i ragazzi in sala sono velocissimi.
La pizza una delle migliori se non la migliore in assoluto.
Anche le varie zuppe di cozze ottime.

Personale molto gentile, e servizio abbastanza buono.
Pizza nella media, senza infamia né lode. Cozze (porzioni abbondanti) con condimenti variegati ma nulla di che.
Prezzi nella norma.
