While the staff was exceptionally gentle and the service refined, the breakfast buffet fell short of luxury standards. Although the pastries were tasty, they lacked an authentic, artisanal touch, and the overall selection was far too limited. To truly match the hotel’s prestigious standing, a much broader variety and a higher level of culinary authenticity are needed.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but I have used the bars on several occasions. The service is exceptional, especially in the evening with the mail attendants. During the day the female attendants were very slow

Beautiful hotel with the best customer service team! Absolutely loved our stay and would love to stay here again in the future. Location is perfect for exploring Milan and for getting to Centrale Station for day trips.

21/02/2026: The atmosphere is beautiful and refined, and the service is helpful but sometimes rushed and distracted. The menu is limited, so don't expect the usual Chinese menus—a few dishes divided into appetizers, first courses, and second courses. The quality of the food and ingredients is certainly high, as is the care taken in its preparation. The only downside, in my opinion, is the price-to-quantity ratio. I'm a woman who eats little and fills up quickly, yet the portions here are truly meager for the price. The ravioli are good, but I'd describe them as bite-sized. To leave feeling full, you absolutely have to order at least three courses. The noodles were also a bit small, just three forkfuls. Last tip: €3.80 for a €750 bottle of water—no way.
13/12/2025: First time at Kanton restaurant: a unique Chinese cuisine experience combining tradition and innovation. The restaurant is intimate and elegant. We were amazed by all the dishes, the impeccable service, and the helpful and friendly chef.

17/02/2026: We started with Norwegian crackers accompanied by truly exceptional creamed cod. The only small flaw: the spicy ingredients weren't clearly marked on the menu; it would be helpful to point this out for those who don't like it. The sweet and sour onion and leek were fantastic, truly surprising in their flavors and pairings, as was the seafood tripe. Impeccable service: the young man presenting and recommending the wines was professional and excellent, guiding us with expertise and passion. The young woman in the dining room was also very, very good, attentive, and kind. A truly positive experience, we'll definitely be back!
14/02/2026: Good food, unique recipes, and friendly staff. Prices are in line with Milan.
