Il Salotto In Siena

We arrived in Siena and didn't know where to eat, so we stumbled upon this excellent restaurant. It was after 2:30 PM and the place closed at 3:00 PM. The kind young lady let us eat, and I have to say it was a great choice. 👍 The place, atmosphere, and food were excellent, not the kind of place where you only go once and eat the same thing (those who understand me will understand me). Thanks again. When and if we return to Siena, I'll definitely stop by. Thanks and regards Federico and family

I don't give 5 stars to everyone; if it deserves it, it deserves it. The food is fantastic, as is the service: kind and friendly, formal but not too formal, just enough to make you feel good. The atmosphere is perfect for a romantic evening or with friends, a very peaceful place. I have no other words. In the three nights I was in Siena, I went there twice. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely lovely authentic Tuscan meal, the service was wonderful the setting was off the beaten track which while we first thought it would be a bit secluded - was not, it added to the experience and the food was divine!! The price was great too! Thanks so much

Het restaurant ligt buiten de grote toeristische zone, wat ook onze voorkeur draagt omdat de prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding beter is. Dit restaurant bewijst het. We leerden hier ook een ander type pasta kennen. Pici- pasta is echt een aanrader.

Estábamos cansados de nuestro viaje de 12 horas y 7 pasos desde L'Alfas del Pi, y esto fue un corto paseo por la calle de nuestro be&be, y siendo solo las 8 pm en un domingo lluvioso frío, estaba vacío, así que sentimos que podíamos resolver las cosas. Estaban fuera de los Montepulcianos en el menú, pero se les ocurrió un sustituto razonable (un poco en el lado caro, como garrafas de casa, como aprendimos rápidamente y a menudo más tarde en nuestro viaje italiano). Como también aprendimos rápidamente y a menudo más tarde, una pizza de € 7 NO es una "pizza de sartén personal" insatisfactoriamente pequeña, estilo estadounidense, pero se comparte fácilmente siempre y cuando haya otras entradas / aperitivos en la mezcla. Lamentablemente, Il Salotto "ya no" tenía cajas para pizza para llevar, ya que los remanentes habrían loco un buen bocadillo para más tarde.
