This restaurant is a true gem ! The food is excellent, authentic italian cuisine that we want when we travel to Rome ! Don’t hesitate, just go you will not regret it !

Best dinner we've had in Rome. Charming interior, attentive and very kind staff, and absolutely incredible food. The zucchini flowers with ricotta and saffron were so good I could've ordered 3 plates of them. My dessert (white chocolate ball with pistacchio ice cream and some extras) was mindblowingly good and topped off a lovely evening in Rome. If I ever visit Rome again, I will definitely come back here.

Great location, cute atmosphere, and excellent service. All the servers were very friendly. I liked the food, especially the zucchini flowers and the oxtails. It was definitely on the expensive side though. I have spent less for tastier food in other places in Rome

a very nice place! buffalo salad with pesto was amazing and great staff
only tiramisu was a bit dry & a rather small portion for its price (10 euros) - overall a super experience - go there!

A unique culinary experience at the Laboratory Restaurant!
We discovered this incredible Laboratory Restaurant last night, and it was a real gem! We were a group of 10, with a mix of Italians, French, Germans and English, and we all loved every aspect of the venue. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a unique combination of classic and vintage furnishings—antique sofas and elegant details that created a welcoming and refined atmosphere. The attention to detail in the design made the environment both comfortable and chic.
The food was typically Roman and of excellent quality. Each dish reflected authentic flavors with a modern twist, and it was clear that the menu had been carefully curated. We couldn't get enough!
The service and welcome were impeccable—attentive and friendly, they made us feel at home. The evening was a complete success, and we can only be grateful for such an unforgettable dining experience. We will definitely be back!
