we were in this restaurant on the 4th and returned on the 5th of January, my colleagues and I were greeted by Erika's smile and friendliness, she advised us on what to eat, described the dishes and kept us company during the evening with discretion and kindness. Good food, convenient location with the hotel where we stayed. 5 stars, recommend!

I have celiac disease and my experience at Ruttino was exceptional!! Kind and attentive staff, fast service and amazing gluten-free pizza!! I will definitely return!

We ate here last Sunday for lunch, there weren't many people perhaps due to the upcoming holidays. There were 5 of us: as an appetizer we took two mixed fried foods with arancino (good), aubergine meatball (not good), nerano-style omelette (not good), croquettes (good) and meatballs with sauce (good). As for the pizzas: really good, not heavy, they are the typical ones with the big crust, very full of ingredients. I attach the photos. Personally I recommend it and I will certainly return to eat a good pizza. I gave four stars only for the mixed fried food which, in my opinion, is not worth eating.

Wonderful experience in this fantastic place, we came twice in a row, excellent appetizers, meatballs with sauce that remind us of grandma's, fantastic pizza and excellent first courses, desserts too, highly recommended 🥰🥰🥰

Great surprise on the way around to Sorrento. Was greeted and treated as family in this wonderful restaurant. Had a great appetizer and fresh fish for dinner. Finished with a terrific lemon cake for dessert.

Thanks to the advice of a passionate fisherman from Marina Grande in Sorrento, after a few minutes of walking (and my preliminary phone call, which was answered by a playful and truly helpful female voice) I reach the place, hungry. Erika, the voice I heard earlier on the phone, comes towards me, smiling and friendly. I choose my place at the table, immersed in a familiar and very welcoming environment... and, with Erika, we begin to fantasize about my tastes in pizza: largely satisfied by Erika's enthusiasm and the care of maestro Vincenzo, the Pizzaiolo! There is a festive air in the place, I hear the word "sweet"... and Erika also satisfies this sin of gluttony of mine! Ruttino definitely won, a success consecrated by an excellent glass of house limoncello: it will be my good table for my Sorrento flavors.

Necesitábamos pizza en nuestra última noche en Sant Agnello y estoy tan contento de que elegimos este lugar - grandes críticas de Tripadvisor y pizzas encantadoras. Ambiente relajado y amable, personal entusiasta y deliciosas pizzas con una gran elección. ¡Las cortezas eran tan esponjosas y ligeras!

Había leído comentarios de este restaurante, así que de camino a casa en una noche muy húmeda, mi marido y yo vinimos aquí para una pizza. Habíamos estado en Sorrento por el día, pero muchos de los restaurantes que generalmente servían pizza, habían dejado de servir pizza debido a que estaba fuera de temporada. Los dos nos sentimos como una pizza, así que mi marido tomó una pizza frita y yo una pizza margherita. Ambos fueron geniales. No tuvimos un entrante ya que las pizzas eran muy llenas. El personal era agradable.

01/02/2025: The final product is excellent, as are the ingredients used, the cooking (not burnt and it is not at all easy to always find it like this in the premises), the workmanship both in general and in the finishes. Excellent service: attentive, punctual, non-invasive. The environment is not the best for my tastes but it is clean, tidy, with some space and pleasantly quiet. Very good experience to recommend and share: see you next time. We will return with our daughter who is outside and with whom we want to share these local delicacies.

KORA pool & beach events

17/02/2025: I was at my cousin's wedding in June 2024, the location is not bad, the food is a 10, the service is lacking in general. I tell my experience regarding the services it offers; I was particularly struck by the waiter manager who loudly called my children and grandchildren like a rude person so as not to make them leave the table, thus giving a strong support to the entertainment, because actually the entertainment was a woman of mature age who perhaps had never been in contact with children and a teenager who only thought about his cell phone (we all remember what happened at the Kora a few years ago and he was still superficial in assisting the little ones), however I said that the entertainment to entertain the 9 children was not other than keeping them sitting at the table in the internal structure upstairs without games and as soon as one of the little ones tried to get up they screamed, I could write a lot in judging the entertainment to which I give a zero rating, like when I told the two women to free the children from the table they took them to the beach and while my youngest 2 year old niece was with her feet in the water both the entertainers were on their cell phones with their backs turned. Another sore point is the music and the audio system. Terrible singers in the location and terrible audio, so much so that among the guests we wondered if they had had any problems, almost at the end of the evening we guests understood that what we were listening to was already the performance. Never seen a performance like this I have nothing to say about the food, very good and plentiful. Parking is inconvenient even if there is a shuttle that then takes you to the location but at the end of the evening it's like waiting for a public bus, you can even wait over half an hour and I'm not exaggerating The review was not written immediately just out of respect for my cousins.
16/02/2025: Unfortunately you are a beautiful place but on Valentine's Day you had a flop, zero service and the bad thing is that you took the money before, perhaps you already knew about the disruption you caused, I won't go back to this place again
