The staff were friendly and always smiling. The service and food were truly excellent.
The first time they cooked the fries incorrectly because they were too raw, but the waitress immediately tried to fix it, saying she'd remake the pizza or maybe even bring out a new batch of fries. As a customer who's worked in this industry, I know the work that goes into it, and of course, I politely declined the offer, simply wanting to highlight the oversight.
I went back yesterday for an appetizer and a main course, and what can I say...everything was really good, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely be back!

For me, Il rustico dei fratelli Conti is one of the absolute best pizzas in the Catania hinterland. I'll start by saying I'm a Margherita lover, believe me, it's spectacular. But yesterday we changed and ordered other pizzas, including a very simple Biancaneve with zucchini and parmesan shavings. Not only is it delicious, but the dough on these pizzas is truly exceptional!
I highly recommend Il rustico to anyone who wants to eat excellent pizza. Whatever pizza you order in bed, you won't need a bottle of water. Mind you, I don't know anyone there; I go there as a customer, and with their professionalism and quality, they've won me over. Congratulations to everyone!

Excellent pizzeria with reasonable prices.
The staff is attentive to their customers, and the pizza is truly worth it (contemporary style with a high crust).
The dough is very light and doesn't weigh you down.

It's rare for me to write a review because it's rare to eat well. I'm a chef and I have a business, and I can say I've finally found a place where the food is VERY GOOD (being in the profession, I'm a bit more picky). We came from Syracuse specifically to try their cuisine (restaurant), and I have to say it was worth it. Fresh and plentiful ingredients, but above all, you could taste the love, passion, and sacrifice behind those dishes in the flavors. Thanks again, we'll be back to try the pizza!

Excellent restaurant, excellent quality food, well-prepared. A highlight? The amazing squid ink pizza, with crispy octopus pieces. I highly recommend this place.

We arrived at 8:30 PM, and after a very long wait, we managed to order. There was a shortage of staff to take orders.
The appetizers arrived shortly after, but we waited over an hour for the main courses. Those of us who had ordered pizza waited even longer, so much so that we didn't get to eat together.
