The restaurant is a true gem, with rustic yet elegant decor, stunning frescoes, and a beautiful veranda with an enchanting view of the hills. The service was friendly and timely, and the food and wine were delicious. All of this made for a wonderful evening, and we can't wait to return!

It's unique to find cuisine in Settignano inspired by Piedmontese recipes. Sicilian wines are also available. Given the owner's birthplace, you can also find Sicilian granitas and desserts. The meat is incredibly fresh, and the flour and water gnocchi in Castelmagno fondue are delicious. An enviable location with a view of the hills.

Excellent food in a beautiful setting. The terrace boasts a spectacular view of Florence, ideal for dinner with friends or a romantic date.
The portions are generous, the flavors are sophisticated, and the selection of local cured meats and cheeses is excellent. The waiter, who is also the owner, is a delightful presence in presenting and showcasing the dishes.
The hidden gem is the dessert: chocolate tart with truffle ice cream, a discovery I'll have a hard time doing without.

A charming restaurant with high-quality cuisine. The foie gras pâté is superb, but everything else is also very good. The wine and food pairings are particularly noteworthy. An ideal location for a romantic evening. I will definitely return.

I chose Rossellino for my birthday, a lunch for 16 people with a pre-arranged menu. Everything was handled perfectly by the friendly owner and the wait staff. The food was truly exquisite, with a special mention for the ricotta cake, which was out of this world, as was the Moscato wine pairing.
