Il Rosmarino In Montaione

One of the few restaurants in Castelfalfi (there was another one in the castle but it was closed), they don't accept reservations on holidays, you have to queue and enter when it's your turn, very polite and attentive staff, good dishes, the only flaw is the somewhat "limited" menu... otherwise we had a good time, and the service was even fast despite it being a holiday (December 8th).

A refined atmosphere and excellent service. Due to the Immaculate Conception long weekend, the menu offered few dishes other than pizza. As for desserts, there were only two options, but they still cater to all tastes. I tried the tiramisu and I must say it was exquisite.

Excellent experience here. Food was excellent and the service was above and beyond from Aldo, Ambra, and Maicol. Had great conversation with them and made some great friends! Also did a cooking class while at the resort - was a once in a lifetime experience with Carmelo and Ambra. Absolutely recommend!

Tuscan, good service and local flavors.

We arrived at the restaurant for dinner midweek without a table reservation at 2000 and were lucky to be accepted. The restaurant has an excellent atmosphere, excellent service from all the staff and the dishes are excellent. We ordered spaghetti, fillet steak and a chicken dish which were excellent, excellent wine. The millefeuille dessert is excellent! There is also a ceremony of preparing the dish next to us at the table. See the attached video, a truly excellent dish. An excellent experience!

We spend 220euro for two people without alcohol. Steak is 6 from 10. Acceptable. We took few dishes take away, but they missed main dish - steak.

We ate here during our stay at the Hotel Castelfalfi. Friends had recommended the pizza beforehand, so we opted for a Pizza Diavolo and the truffle pasta. We had a steak tartare prepared tableside. For dessert, we opted for tiramisu. The food was good, especially the pizza and tiramisu. The steak tartare was good, but nothing special. The truffle pasta was also delicious. We had made a reservation through the hotel, and after a short wait, we were offered a table inside. Since we preferred to sit outside, we waited a bit. The outdoor area is like a winter garden, so not really outside. Unfortunately, this takes away a bit of the romance from the ambiance. The service is incredibly friendly, but it just seems a bit uncoordinated, so tables weren't cleared for a long time, and it took some time before we could order. The wine wasn't refilled either; we did that ourselves. All in all, a highly recommended restaurant, especially for pizza.

A delightful restaurant within Castelfalfi with a rich traditional Tuscan menu and a wide selection of wines! The value for money is excellent and the service impeccable! A special mention goes to Letizia and Aldo.

We came back here after a few years, and the food was as delicious as it was then! Great service too, and very child-friendly. Their wine menu is diverse and delicious!
