06/06/2024: We had the most wonderful afternoon with Monica and her sister Dana, in their small, family owned, authentically gorgeous shop. Monica was an amazing teacher, sharing generously of the craft of handmade pasta making, as well as many family stories and the role of pasta in the Italian home. We learnt how to make a variety of pastas including tortellini, tortelloni, tagliatelle, and bow ties. Thank you so much Monica and Dana for inviting us into your work space and teaching us so generously - you are both wonderful. Thankyou for all you shared with us. Grazie Mille! 22/03/2024: A small traditional pasta kitchen staffed by experienced and helpful ladies. The pasta is delicious and flavoursome.
