Cena estiva con amiche… Che dire… Abbiamo cenato all’Hamburderia e (oltre alla location fantastica ) mi devo complimentare con lo chef per i buonissimi piatti, e con la cameriera che credo si chiami Eva, per la sua disponibilità e gentilezza.
Ci è solo dispiaciuto perché abbiamo riconosciuto la direttrice della Palagina alla quale abbiamo sorriso senza nemmeno un ricambio. Comunque sicuramente ritorneremo.

A wonderful place, the view is breathtaking, the staff is very kind with attention to detail, highly trained in organizing events. Elia was great at handling all our requests with a smile and friendliness. It has become one of our favorite places in Tuscany, we have already returned several times and continue to return!

Ci siamo stati a pranzo ,luogo molto bello e ben curato , personale attento e professionale, cibo cucinato con maestria e con prodotti dell'eccellenza toscana, ottima anche la carta dei vini. Prezzo giusto per il servizio e la qualità offerta Il titolare Andrea è stato molto gentile e premuroso nei nostri confronti.Anche la signora con cui ho prenotato e che dirige la sala merita molti complimenti sia per come si prende cura del cliente che per il suo fare gioioso . Sicuramente un posto dove tornerò spesso!

I have never been more pleased with my stay anywhere in the world. We had our wedding here and enjoyed every part of it tremendously. Days after the wedding my wife fell ill and we had to stay for roughly 5 additional days for her to rest. They were accommodating, kind, and extremely generous with expenses and services during that difficult time. The rooms are clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The property is stunning and the food is the highest quality. Most importantly the people at Palagina were 10 Star throughout every part of our stay. Words can't explain how amazing Palagina and its staff are.

A beautiful relaxing weekend in this oasis among the vineyards.
The wine and oil tasting with Arianna was also highly appreciated, as it was professional and pleasant.
