Il Rifugio in Città In Bergamo

Good morning, travelers! If you're looking for a place for a business lunch, this is definitely a good one. The quality/price ratio is very good, and the kindness of the waitresses is an added bonus. The menu is weekly, and the one we tried this week was good. Two choices of first courses and five second courses will satisfy all tastes. The location is very nice, and there's plenty of parking, even for vans. The restaurant is also open in the evening, but since I've never been there, I'll know for sure. Worth a try.

The right balance between tranquility, quality and price

Nice find for a quick lunch with friends! A little out of the way, but we found it thanks to Google and it was worth it. The environment is spacious and welcoming, perfect for a sunny day: outdoor tables both on the veranda and on the lawn, really pleasant. The menu is simple, unpretentious: a little bit of everything, we took meat and various salads, perfect for a light and quick meal. The guys who welcomed us were helpful and friendly, adding a nice touch to the experience. We would gladly return for another informal outdoor lunch.

Eravamo in 4 . Mangiato tagliate di manzo con verdure buonissime. Anche le patatine gustosissime. Ci torneremo anche perché comodissimo per il dopo gara, dietro alla cittadella dello sport. Anche i primi molto interessanti. Complimenti allo chef e cameriera. Lo consiglio.. a presto

A real surprise! We ordered a platter of fried foods and one with focaccia, raw and buffalo mozzarella. Well prepared and tasty food, the environment is rather simple but nice.

Siamo capitati quasi per caso in questo locale per un pranzo veloce durante le gare di atletica di nostro figlio. Da fuori purtroppo non si capisce cosa ci sia all'interno (purtroppo) e la sorpresa entrando di trovare un vero rifugio del CAI. Il gestore (e cuoco) simpaticissimo ci ha raccontato del locale... appunto il rifugio più basso d'Italia. Menu con pochi piatti (meglio) tutti attraenti. Io ho ordinato casoncelli di primo e polenta e coniglio di secondo. Tutto molto buono. Mia moglie semplice pizza. Gentilmente i gestori ci hanno preparato un bel doggy bag (indicativo delle porzioni) ed un super panino al salame per il dopo gara di mio figlio... che ha apprezzato! Chd dire se capiterà di nuovo sarò dove pranzare.

We came across this place almost by chance for a quick lunch during our son's athletics competitions. Unfortunately from the outside you can't understand what's inside (unfortunately) and the surprise upon entering is to find a real CAI refuge. The very nice manager (and chef) told us about the place... the lowest refuge in Italy. Menu with few dishes (better) all attractive. I ordered casoncelli for the first course and polenta and rabbit for the second course. All very good. My wife simple pizza. The managers kindly prepared a nice doggy bag for us (indicative of the portions) and a super salami sandwich for my son after the race... which he appreciated! Chd say if it happens again I will be where to have lunch.
