I stayed at Elda Hotel and loved it. It is surrounded by nature, perfect for long walks. The a la carte breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice. Director Slata is very helpful and provides useful information. The waiter Cosimo explains the dishes with passion, making every meal special. I recommend the Elda Hotel to those seeking relaxation and good food!

Partly negative experience with problems with the hot water boiler in our chalet and which forced us to remain without hot water (fortunately only one day) on New Year's Eve and the following day, creating a lot of inconvenience for the whole family family. Gorgeous location. Superior cuisine and table service. Elegant setting. Too bad about that big problem.

In the heart of the renowned Umbra Forest, in the territory of Monte Sant'Angelo, but closer to the municipality of Vico del Gargano, this place has been radically transformed with the new management and the economic efforts made to provide services, hospitality and catering. Today's experience is precisely regarding the latter. Great care and choice in the presentation of the dishes, but above all of the raw materials with a strong territorial vocation, thanks to the Chef who has given a new imprint to the cuisine. Although very good, the service in the dining room needs to be improved (for excellence and to accompany the cuisine). For the rest, a very well-kept environment, adequately bright, with musical and video entertainment. Dedicated bar corner and prices in line with the above average quality offering.
