Wonderful place, wonderful welcome, attentive and helpful staff, you couldn't have anything better.

Let me start by saying that I cannot judge the hotel's service because we were not guests. While passing by we asked for advice from two nice guys who gave us a hand and recommended what to visit. So we decided to take advantage and have lunch there before setting off. Stunning place, very refined and relaxing atmosphere. The chef was able to advise me perfectly on my intolerances, proposing a series of variations to the dishes on the menu (I want to point out that the menu for each course specifies all the allergens it contains, but I have many intolerances and it is always It's a nuisance to be able to choose what to take) it was a really nice experience both for the items and for the kindness and friendliness of the staff.

After an initial hic-cup that was swiftly dealt with (Thank you to the manager and the other collaborators for the efficiency and kindness), we padded ourselves in the back for having chosen this establishment. The Elda hotel is the right place to spend a couple of days in the fantastic Foresta Umbra. We stayed in one of the chalets (It was amazing to hear the owls at night). If you are looking for walks, relaxation and in trying excellent food you must stay here and book a table at the hotel's restaurant. Both the breakfast and dinner were excellent! The chef and sous chef are very passionate about the cooking and the quality of the ingredients they serve. We will return, for sure! Ce vediamo a dopo.

I found this restaurant in the heart of the Umbra Forest, the result of painstaking and innovative work by Chef Libero Ratti's entire team. The experience was absolutely positive, the dishes are well conceived, full of personality and taste, and above all, never banal. The description is always careful and the table service leaves no doubt. We tried the tasting menu, it seemed like an excellent way to explore the culinary concept that underlies the Chef's proposals, to whom I offer my compliments for his ability to create truly interesting combinations and proposals at a "humane" cost. Among my favorite dishes: Fassona steak, pasta and cheese, CBT lamb lacquered in honey and terramisú, without forgetting the incredible lemon and wild garlic gelees. Ps: For those coming from Bari I recommend first heading for Poggio Imperiale (preferably via the motorway) and then the hotel.

Putting down on paper the emotions aroused by the stay at Elda Hotel is difficult, because everything far exceeded our expectations. The structure, located in the Umbra Forest, welcomed and pampered us, equipped with all the comforts necessary to feel at home. But what won us over above all else was the human aspect of those who work there, putting all their passion and heart into every single detail. Zlata's kindness, the talent of Chef Libero Ratti and his team, the affability of Michele and all the staff of the structure won us over. Happy to have discovered a wonderful reality, we can't wait to return! 💚

We had lunch on Sunday 18 June in this wonderful place surrounded by greenery, all impeccable, excellent service, dishes served with care and artfully decorated, excellent appetizers, courses that speak of the area, excellent first courses and superlative desserts. I renew my compliments to chef Libero for his skill and professionalism and we will return as soon as possible for a weekend on motorbikes of course

Stopped for lunch on a Monday. Food was exquisite and was only overshadowed by the service. What a find and we will be back
