Stoned onto it by accident, my daughter and both had pasta, both with mushroom (but different sauces). The best we have had in Pulia! The owner was gracious, although the waitress was a bit sullen. But service was good, atmosphere great, and again, it’s the food stupid :0 so good. Prices were quite fair for the quality. I read a couple one star reviews and looked at their history and they just seem vindictive. We would recommend it.

Delicious, divine, spectacular. The owner is super friendly (I think he's the owner), as is everyone at the restaurant. We ate deliciously. The pizza dough is thin and crunchy. The pasta was perfectly al dente. After several days in Puglia, it was the first time we ate the way we expected to in Italy. The white wine was also delicious. The typical Puglian dessert was fresh and delicious. 100% recommended.

23/11/2025: Years may pass and locations may change, but Chef Fiorini's cuisine remains an exceptional treat for our palates. A welcoming and easily accessible restaurant in the city center, the traditional dishes are generous, just like they were in the old days, before today's minimalist gourmet cuisine existed, using fresh and delicious ingredients. Finally, the family-run atmosphere makes guests feel at home even when dining out. Prices are much lower than usual, so we'll return again...and again...and again.
