A truly obligatory stop, you cannot go to Scansano without stopping to taste their exquisite dishes accompanied by kindness, education and professionalism. I recommend booking. Don't miss it!

Beautiful experience at the Osteria il Rifrullo. Typical Tuscan dishes well prepared and tasty (tortelli super). Professional service and willing to welcome us after hours. Prices a little above average for restaurants outside the city.

Il Rifrullo offre un'esperienza culinaria da ricordare.Lo staff è molto giovane, cordiale e disponibile, e le pietanze sono veramente deliziose e gustose. Degni di nota la polenta con i funghi porcini, lo stracotto di guancia di vitella con aceto balsamico speziato, le tagliatelle con capriolo e funghi porcini, e tanto altro...una trattoria tipica toscana in cui ritornare...

Abbiamo scoperto un po’ per caso questa trattoria. Entrando il locale è colorato e pieno di vita. Il menù è quello maremmano ma per fortuna con qualche variante, che permette di non annoiarsi troppo. Data la stagione abbiamo mangiato molto tartufo, dagli gnocchi di patate alla tartare tagliata al coltello, molto buona. La polenta ai porcini, corretta ma meno interessante. Ottimi vini e soprattutto grande simpatia di tutto lo staff.

10/03/2025: Went for a short vacation in Tuscany, I ask the owner of the B&B for advice on where to eat a good Florentine steak near Santa Fiora. They recommend La Scottiglia. So I call, book and go. I have never made a better decision. They offer me 3 cuts, 1.4 kg 1.6 kg or 1.8 kg. The one in the photo is 1.8 kg. It melted in the mouth. Meat from their farm. 6 euros per 100 grams. Very honest price. Highly recommended.

11/03/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I can say that it was an excellent experience. The dishes are prepared with genuine and fresh products, cooked with great attention. The staff is always available and ready to make every customer feel special. I highly recommend this restaurant to those looking for quality cuisine, accompanied by impeccable service and a familiar and relaxed environment.
