Sono stata nella trattoria per una cena con degli amici. È stata una piacevole sorpresa, piatti ottimi e gustosi e servizio impeccabile. Il titolare è stato un premuroso padrone di casa, sempre presente ma discreto. Abbiamo preso un mix di antipasti, tutti SQUISITI, e qualche primo da dividere poiché non volevamo rinunciare ai secondi, per finire non poteva mancare un dolce delizioso che ci ha lasciato senza parole. Anche il conto è stato più che onesto! Sicuramente ritornerò!

Difficult to describe the evening spent at Quarto Storto. It started as a solo business dinner and ended with the company and friendliness of Dario, his girlfriend and two of their other friends, chatting with immense pleasure about anything as if we had known each other since time immemorial. The local appetizers were a crescendo of goodness, the parmigiana and the pair of bowler hats taken as the "main course" (just to stay on the American theme) were yet another confirmation of the dinner. Taste, quality, hospitality and welcome! I couldn't have asked for anything better! Recommended for anyone who wants to taste and experience the cuisine and climate of Bitonto. Finally, Dario's mother's cake was a treat before going to sleep! Well done Dario, keep it up! See you soon!

Excellent in everything from appetizer to dessert, fair price, parking would be worth walking a few meters in the historic center and the streets are very narrow for cars. 5 stars are few.

Dario extraordinary one man show with a team that brings out traditional dishes that are truly well made, well presented, with acceptable times (considering that there were two hungry children with us), of quality. Dario knows how to understand the needs and desires of his guests and the environment is absolutely comfortable. We ate really, really well, with a wide choice even for the lactose intolerant.
