Il Quartino - Frescobaldi In Pelago

Not only the view is amazing, so was the food. I just think its strange that you cant order main courses when sitting on the picnic tables outside, but you can order appetizers?

We had lunch at Quartino before visiting Castello di Nipozzano, also owned by Frescobaldi, where we had planned a tour of the winery and tasting. The location is stunning: the view of the hills and Frescobaldi vineyards is simply breathtaking and worth the visit alone. The food is good and well-prepared, although it didn't completely blow us away. The wine, however, is naturally top-notch and the perfect accompaniment. Overall, a pleasant experience, made even more special by the atmosphere and the unique setting of the vineyards.

Beautiful place and the guys are really good! I'm not giving it 5 stars only because maybe they should pay more attention to what's written on the menu. I ordered a skewer of meat and the menu said roast potatoes! But I received potatoes that were probably baked first but then, to make them crispier, they were fried in the fryer. The result? Potatoes full of oil that I didn't eat! If you don't have baked potatoes as written on the menu, the dining room should let the table know. Maybe I would have had them replaced with a salad! Otherwise, good job and a nice place. I'll be back anyway!

Enjoy lunch or an aperitif surrounded by a vineyard, outdoors and surrounded by tranquility. The quality of the cured meats is very high, but the menu is limited, focusing primarily on platters and burgers. The wine list is excellent, and the desserts are excellent: the fried apple with custard was a delightful discovery!

We arrived full, so we didn't have a chance to eat much. I wanted potatoes, but they were too oily, so I didn't like them. The pie was nice. And on the way out, we bought a jar of honey, which we haven't tasted yet. The atmosphere and the view were lovely.

Ci siamo fermati senza prenotazione per caso ed è stata un’ottima scoperta. Location pazzesca con vista sui vigneti. Locale molto curato e personale gentile e preparato. Ottima qualità del cibo e buona la proposta anche diversa rispetto alla zona, così come la carta dei vini. Prezzi del tutto onesti .Lo consiglio .

In zona per lavoro mi hanno indicato questo ristorante. Ampio parcheggio della struttura, posti all'aperto ed interni. Bel panorama sul limite del Chianti fiorentino, peccato solo per la vista parziale della zona industriale. Senza prenotazione ci hanno comunque sistemato in veranda, personale accogliente e preparato su cibi e vino. Servizio veloce, spiedino di carni miste ed hamburger sui 17/18€ di grandissima qualità come pure le patate al forno, digerito tutto. Ovviamente soltanto vini delle cantine Frescobaldi, mi sarei aspettato prezzi più bassi "giocando in casa". Soprattutto 3€ di coperto per tovaglietta e tovagliolo di carta sono eccessivi a mio avviso. Piatto unico, caffè, 1 bicchiere, circa 26€ a persona. Magari da riprovare per aperitivo al tramonto.
