Located on the seafront and recently renovated, it is a refined and exclusive restaurant that includes 2 conference rooms and in the summer also serves as a private beach. Excellent cuisine offers top-quality Tuscan dishes (the mixed fried fish was perfect). Elegant location with a magnificent view of the sea and the swimming pool. Excellent Champagne. Impeccable service.

We've dined at this restaurant a couple of times already. The food is very good, the location is beautiful, especially in the evening. The service is attentive. If you have any allergies, let them know in advance and you won't have any problems. Both the seafood and meat dishes are excellent.

This is our second summer in Viareggio, and we've dined at Principino several times, so it's a testament to the excellence, quality, courtesy, and unwavering professionalism. From appetizers to dessert, everything was excellent! We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it. The cuisine, menu, and wines are excellent, not to mention the impeccable hospitality and service.

Had a divine lunch with a spectacular view. Excellent food, top-notch service. Then we spent the afternoon on the beach... top-notch service with awnings, loungers, beach towels, pillows... private shower. Wonderful saltwater pool.

04/12/2025: A carefully renovated old farmhouse in an easy-to-reach location, framed by a stream and bamboo canes, the atmosphere is so familiar it feels like home. The staff is attentive and friendly, ready to fulfill any wish. The food is truly exquisite, top-quality, expertly prepared. The wines are truly excellent, as is the bill. Try it and let me know. Recommended.
