If there were more than 5 stars, I would definitely have given them. The place was welcoming and clean, from the location to the service of the girls in the dining room and the owner who came to make sure everything was fine. The food was amazing, from appetizers to dessert, and the first courses were worthy of the restaurant's name. In short, TOP TOP TOP. We'll definitely be back.

This restaurant is well above the best standards on the plateau and, personally, a favorite even compared to other highly regarded Roman restaurants. We've been here several times now, and the excellent memories always live up to expectations: exquisite dishes (especially the duck breast and licorice chitarrina) and friendly, welcoming service. Reservations are recommended during high season!

Whenever we return to Ovindoli for the holidays, our first stop is always here. We discovered it by chance, and my family and I have fallen in love with it ever since. The place is welcoming and makes you feel right at home. The appetizers are delicious, there's nothing more to say; the idea of ​​putting honey in the moka pot is very nice. The first courses are delicious, carefully crafted, and you can tell the chef put a lot of work into them. I'm not a fan of sweets; I prefer savory, but the Amaro del Capo semifreddo was superb... We've been coming here for years, and every time we leave the table, we always leave with a smile. I highly recommend trying this hidden gem in Rocca di Mezzo :)

Small restaurant with a nice atmosphere and excellent food.

There are restaurants that stand out for the quality of their dishes, restaurants that stand out for the beauty of their interiors, restaurants that stand out for the professionalism of their staff. If you see all three qualities, you're at Primo Amore. The dishes come out with just the right amount of time between courses, neither too long nor too short: this is a sign of impeccable organization between the kitchen and the dining room, even when the restaurant is full. Carola manages the dining room completely and does so with professionalism and, above all, serenity. My favorite thing about this restaurant is its specialization: they don't cook everything, and they just make a big deal out of everything. They focus on the first courses. You can have an appetizer, a first course, a side dish, and a dessert. But the first courses are their highlight. And you can taste it. Those incredibly creative dishes show the chef's heart and soul. I want to thank the restaurant staff for the wonderful evening, for the explosion of new, unique, and authentic flavors. What's striking is the sincere passion that drives this restaurant, far removed from the "all business" mentality. At the end of the evening, the chef walks among the tables to chat. And even when the place is full, you can still feel that air of joy and smiles. THANK YOU.

Dinner included pappardelle with wild boar ragù and cappellacci with ricotta, porcini mushrooms, and truffle. Both were excellent. Expertly prepared and cooked with flavor and skill. The efficiency and passion of the staff shine through. We'll gladly return.

A very quaint place, perfect for those seeking a different atmosphere, where guests feel like they're in a rustic, family-friendly setting, reminiscent of grandma's house. The food is decent, but I found the bill excessive: €95 for a plate of battered fried vegetables, a chicory, and two main courses (a first course and an appetizer, pictured). Oh, what impact did that have? The price of a plate of fusilli (unfortunately Barilla) plain, with just oil, ordered for the kids: €16. Not even at a Michelin-starred restaurant with homemade pasta. I won't be back; I'm sorry, this is stealing. At least offer organic pasta.

What a lovely surprise! We were in the area for a mountain bike ride and it was already 2:30, but they happily accommodated us. So delicious, all the dishes prepared with the utmost attention and a touch of creativity. Michelin-starred restaurant quality. Un ristorante che porta davvero bene il suo nome: “Il Primo Amore” conquista fin dal primo istante. Il locale è intimo e accogliente, curato nei dettagli e gestito da una famiglia gentilissima e sempre sorridente, che ti fa sentire come a casa. L’atmosfera è calda e familiare, ideale per una cena rilassante e piena di gusto. Un punto a favore per chi, come noi, viaggia con il proprio amico a quattro zampe: il nostro piccolo chihuahua è stato accolto con naturalezza e affetto, senza alcun problema. Gli antipasti sono una vera delizia, curati non solo nella presentazione ma soprattutto nella qualità: si sente la genuinità dei prodotti scelti con attenzione. I primi piatti sono un’eccellenza, preparati con passione e ingredienti di primissima scelta. Ogni portata racconta una storia di tradizione e amore per la cucina. Cinque stelle sono davvero poche per descrivere l’esperienza vissuta: qualità, cortesia e passione si fondono in un mix perfetto. Una serata da ricordare e sicuramente da ripetere!

Siamo stati in questo locale a cena sabato sera. Abbiamo gustato ottimi piatti e ricevuto una cura da parte degli assistenti di sala e della cuoca stessa che non si trova facilmente! Inoltre il locale gode di un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Torneremo sicuramente!
