Not sure why they have a lower rating. My bf insisted every night to go and eat there, because the food was fantastic. We went around 9-10 PM, lots of free tables and the staff was quick. The pasta dishes were amazing. Pizza in Rome generally wasn’t my favorite but in here was really good. And they have the best tasting Tiramisu.

About two hours ago I was having lunch with a friend of mine at this restaurant located just outside the Vatican Walls.
The place is between the restaurant and the Trattoria, but they also serve pizzas.
We had two Caesar Salads, an amatriciana and spaghetti with artichokes, 2 medium draft beers, an ice cream dessert and a coffee.
Everything was very good and plentiful.
The lady at the cash register was very kind, both in her advice and in giving us a 20% discount for bookings through The Fork.
The waitress at the table was very nice, fast and smiling.
Good quality/price ratio. I will return.

Sono stato con mia moglie , in questo locale , il cibo è ottimo, abbiamo preso come antipasto un tagliere di salumi e formaggio, io un pollo con peperoni e patate, mia moglie una tagliata di manzo con melanzane e peperoni grigliati, servizio molto veloce, personale gentile, lo consiglio vivamente.

Wij hebben hier pizza gegeten als lunch. De pizza’s smaakte prima en de bediening was vlot. Alles bij elkaar dus prima !!

I’m not sure why they only have 3.6 stars right now. This was the first place we ate ok our trip in Rome. I’m writing this on the last day of my trip, and after eating at 10+ different restaurants, all rated above 4.5 stars, this was still my favorite. Our server was very nice and the Spritz was great. Pasta was cooked perfectly and tasted great. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Very good little restaurant, just outside the Vatican. Given its location, you might think it's a tourist trap, but not at all. On the contrary, the welcome is warm, and the food is very good 👍🏻

Just ran into this place after a long vatican tour. Many places to eat on this little pedestrian road. We picked this one because they had seats in the shade. The pizza was delicious, so was the carbonara and the fries. Nice cold draft peroni also. Very efficient service, nice café atmosphere sitting outside. Staff was prompt and accommodating.
