Il Posticino In Trieste

Very nice place where you can enjoy the goodness of fish in many shades. Very innovative and effective proposals, where however the classicism of old-school frying is not forgotten. You can also enjoy excellent hospitality from Filippo, who treated us just as if we were at his home. A big thank you to him, to "Il posticino" and to all of Trieste.

Discovered by chance, but highly recommended, eaten well, spent the right amount, but above all everything is highly digestible considering also the fried foods. Recommended and I will definitely return

The seating is only outside. The place is on a nice street, so the view is ok. There is just one guy who makes the food, so we had to wait quite a while (around 40 minutes or more) to get our food (a group of 4 people). So this is not a “fast food” place. We ordered club sandwiches and chicken wraps; both had huge, thick tomato pieces in them. Overall they tasted good, but nothing special. The portions were really big, which was nice.
