I'm a regular customer at the various Pane Quotidiano locations in Trieste, and I have to say that all the locations in Trieste undercook their maltagliato rolls. The rolls I ordered today were particularly undercooked. I pulled two pieces of dough from one roll that were still raw (I've attached a photo). Furthermore, among the various rolls I ordered today, there were others that were still raw, as shown in the photo.
As for the pastries, everything is good; the only flaw is the thinly filled croissants.

Very cute bakery with high quality bread, sweets and Coffee! Perfect for a good breakfast!
I would definitely recommend. You can also seat outside in the small beautiful place in the fresh air. I did not book breakfast in my hotel and went here every day!

I often go there with my colleagues for aperitifs, especially in the evenings; we work nearby. This is the second time the brown-haired guy with the ponytail has rudely responded to us, mimicking us, and making fun of us. He asked us to leave because they were closing, and when we said yes, he imitated us with his colleagues. As soon as we asked him to explain his behavior, he literally slammed the door in our faces, waving goodbye. We obviously reported the incident to one of his colleagues. A real shame, given how busy the bar is.

Comfortable and tastefully furnished, there is a cafeteria area and space for lunch and parties, as well as a large outdoor space.
