Highly recommended. Affordable, authentic cuisine. The service and ambiance ratings reflect the authenticity of this restaurant. Lots of Italian guests, families with children, a TV on the wall (an Inter Milan game was on), and a corresponding background noise. But it was precisely this ambiance that made it special.

We came to Italy on vacation, we lived in the Bresso area, and our host recommended this restaurant to us. We arrived and found out that the gentleman did not speak English, and we did not speak Italian, despite that, thanks to the lady at the next table, we were able to order. I must say that in 4 days in Italy I really did not have a better meal. The whole menu for 15 euros per person?? We started with great pasta, then steak and a good salad. Water and wine were included in the price of the entire dinner. A truly great experience, I did not expect that for only 15 euros I could eat so well. In other restaurants, only an appetizer costs 15 euros. I really recommend it, but if you are a tourist, bring your phone with you to translate into Italian. The best meal we have ever had, and it was the cheapest. No one tried to cheat us like in other restaurants. The gentleman even tried to teach us how to say "do you like it" in English. We really had the best meal where no one expects tourists. The staff was very patient with our language barrier. Thank you for this experience!!

Very rustic restaurant, but in a nice way, the staff jokes with the customers, the place is very crowded but pleasant. The Mantua risotto is good. Lunch menu with generous portions and adequate quality food. The only discordant note was that the bread basket with only two leftover ends was not exactly inviting. Definitely recommended.
