Our favorite restaurant in Anzio, excellent appetizers, the raw ones are always fresh and delicious, while for the cooked ones there is always something new to never bore you, and then you have to go several times to taste everything, the first courses are all excellent, and the fried food tastes not of oil but of fish. Pleasant service from the kind and polite girls, good presence of the owner. A place to recommend also for the price.

Yesterday Sunday for lunch we went to this restaurant, suggested by a friend, for a lunch with families of friends. Excellent raw, not too elaborate so you can taste the very fresh fish; we had some first courses and some fried food, the first courses were truly spectacular starting from the quality of the pasta to the really excellent seasonings, the fried food was soft and well cooked. Even though the restaurant was full inside and out, the service was really excellent and very efficient. Reasonable price for the quality of the dishes.

When we feel like eating good fish, Il Porticciolo is our safe choice.

Discovered by chance, I was in Anzio for work. Impeccable cuisine, all very fresh. The owner Emiliano opens the doors of his restaurant to you. Worth mentioning is the FANTASTIC 'fish chaser'....never eaten...... What can I say……..we just need to go back. Thanks for the fantastic evening Emiliano!!!

"Il Porticciolo” si distingue come un ristorante di pesce eccellente situato in una posizione suggestiva sul porto di Anzio. La qualità del cibo è davvero molto buona: piatti a base di pesce fresco, preparati con cura. Ogni portata evidenzia la passione e la competenza dei cuochi, che meritano sicuramente un grande elogio. Il servizio è un altro punto di forza: la ragazza che serve ai tavoli si è dimostrata estremamente professionale, gentile e attenta, sempre pronta a rispondere alle richieste con un sorriso e una rapidità impeccabile. In sintesi, “Il Porticciolo” è una scelta eccellente per chi desidera gustare del pesce fresco in un’atmosfera rilassante e curata. Company lunch, all very good, not bad even the raw ones (which for me was the only episode in which I trusted myself to eat), the first courses really top.

Locale curatissimo, cibo con materie di prima qualità e pesce freschissimo. I dolci poi, sono di alto livello ( ciambellone con mela, mirtillo essiccato, mandolrle, nocciole e crema , semplicemente divino, cosi come il torrone con nocciole fatto in casa)in quanto famiglia di pasticceri conosciutisima ad Anzio. Per gradire, anche il conto al di sotto delle nostre aspettative per la qualità dei prodotti mangiati e per ultimo, la grande cortesia e professionalità di Samuele in sala, rendono questo posto assolutamente da provare.

Excellent service, kind waitress and in the end they gave me a discount, from 46 to 35 euros... which in any case were excessive for spaghetti with lupins and frozen squid and prawn fried food. Barely acceptable food. I was thinking of something more homemade and genuine from a trattoria in the Port. I'm sorry but it's not worth the trip to Anzio, you can eat better fish in Rome.

I was with my relatives for lunch and I was the only vegan. They prepared many delicious and not obvious delicious dishes, all vegan obviously. Just book and they'll take care of you
