The property has great potential and a beautiful panoramic location, but it appears a bit run-down and could really use more maintenance, both in the rooms and the outdoor areas. With a little more TLC, it could be a very pleasant place again. The staff is kind and welcoming, always available and smiling. The breakfast was decent, but a bit monotonous: it lacks some variety, especially fresh bread and croissants. Overall, a peaceful stay, but with significant room for improvement.

We stayed at this farmhouse a few days ago. We had a wonderful time; the owners were friendly, the place was spotlessly clean, and the dinner was fantastic.

We stayed one evening in September, in a great location with a view of Orvieto. The staff were welcoming. The room was tidy and clean. The bathroom was small and very dated, with a leaky shower and no bidet. They offered to have dinner outside, where a 10-year-old boy was having a birthday party, but when I asked to eat inside, they immediately moved us (also because it was cool and really noisy). Dinner took a while to arrive, sliced ​​and grilled on two cold plates, but I think there was some confusion in the kitchen due to the party going on. Breakfast was good. They accept dogs. Price a little higher than average.

The cuisine is simply excellent: typical Umbrian dishes prepared with great care, professionalism, and an authentic flavor that reflects the region. The rooms are very comfortable. Special praise goes to the staff, especially the kind Mrs. Michela: welcoming, helpful, and always ready to satisfy every need with the utmost discretion. The place is very nice but there are many things that need fixing, such as the entrance door to the room... it is dilapidated, the toilet lid is broken, the night lamps are really to be thrown away, while the breakfast is good and plentiful and the staff is competent and kind.

Everything was perfect, except the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays. The location is surrounded by greenery, the pool is available, and the breakfast is excellent.
