We stayed one evening in September, in a great location with a view of Orvieto. The staff were welcoming. The room was tidy and clean. The bathroom was small and very dated, with a leaky shower and no bidet. They offered to have dinner outside, where a 10-year-old boy was having a birthday party, but when I asked to eat inside, they immediately moved us (also because it was cool and really noisy). Dinner took a while to arrive, sliced ​​and grilled on two cold plates, but I think there was some confusion in the kitchen due to the party going on. Breakfast was good. They accept dogs. Price a little higher than average.

The location is splendid: easy to reach yet immersed in a bucolic setting, perfect for those seeking tranquility and relaxation. The cuisine is simply excellent: typical Umbrian dishes prepared with great care, professionalism, and an authentic flavor that reflects the region. The rooms are very comfortable. Special praise goes to the staff, especially the kind Mrs. Michela: welcoming, helpful, and always ready to satisfy every need with the utmost discretion. Thank you so much for your hospitality: we will definitely be back!

The place is very nice but there are many things that need fixing, such as the entrance door to the room... it is dilapidated, the toilet lid is broken, the night lamps are really to be thrown away, while the breakfast is good and plentiful and the staff is competent and kind.

Everything was perfect, except the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays. The location is surrounded by greenery, the pool is available, and the breakfast is excellent.

The location is simply fantastic; we dined with a breathtaking view of Orvieto. The staff and owners were extremely friendly, the traditional dishes were truly delicious, and the breakfast was generous, complete with many homemade cakes. We recommend it for both families and couples.

IMMERSED IN NATURE AND GOOD FOOD I was a guest of the structure for one night last week. Family atmosphere, very helpful and present staff, small rooms but equipped with everything and clean. Very small pool. Genuine food, very abundant breakfast, all the desserts made by them, a delight. Restaurant lots of choice and well prepared, homemade pasta, good service. To be repeated for a relaxing weekend.
