Great hotel that looks recently renovated. We had a great time and the staff was friendly. Excellent breakfast.

Structure in an excellent location for equestrian competitions, Clean structure, service and maintenance of the same with many gaps.

This hotel offers a considerable number of rooms. The room we were assigned was generously sized and, despite its location between the stairs and an elevator, was perfectly soundproofed. The staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant, were always helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was absolutely excellent, both in terms of quality and quantity. The only downside...the hotel is only accessible by public transport (i.e., car/bus), but you can't have everything.

A nice hotel, it's getting older, but the service is 6-star. Gigliola at the front desk was very professional in her reception and organization. The food and service were excellent. Lucia alone provided excellent dining room service.

Excellent hotel, good location, very kind and professional staff. The rooms are soundproofed, despite the proximity to the highway. We'll definitely return.

Access is via a gas station on the highway. The address listed on Booking.com leads to the wrong location in the town. It's a modern, bright, and clean hotel with a restaurant and free parking in front. There's also a spa area, which I didn't use. The rooms are modern and clean. It's just a short walk to the highway and not far from Arezzo city center.

A very welcoming facility in a strategic location for Arezzo. The staff is far above average, extremely kind to me and my Akita, and the receptionist was so kind and courteous that these days, it's a rarity! Thank you for everything.

Overall, the hotel is excellent by 4-star standards. The only flaw was the dinner at the hotel, which I strongly advise against, both in terms of food and service. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.
