Pizza place highly overrated. Our Italian friend said it was a pretty average pizza, a bit 'gommosa' and 'acquosa'.

One of the best pizzerias in Florence, the pizza is very good and the spaghetti alla marinière is also excellent.

Excellent pizza. Really fast service. Took the pizza to-go. It wasn't suitable for that. All the filling came off.

We tried the truffle pizza and carbonara pasta both were tasty and satisfying. The average spend was around €15 per person, which is very reasonable. We did have a small hygiene-related incident during dinner, but unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue in many restaurants these days, especially in Florence. I'm willing to give them another chance, and if the issue happens again, I’ll update this review accordingly.

Had dinner and it was very delicious! ordered the margarita pizza and the burrata pizza and they were both so good, I'd say the burrata pizza was better if you're a fan of burrata. Will def come back if i visit Florence again.
I went here alone without a reservation and got a table without any problems. The food was amazing and authentic, also you don't have to wait long for it, the staff was really nice and concerning it's florence the prices were good as well.
A bonus is that you can actually observe them making the pizza, so bonus for the extra entertainment!

Cenamos al otro lado de la calle una noche y no pudimos evitar darnos cuenta de la multitud de jóvenes en fila aquí en Il Pizzaiuolo. Después de terminar la cena caminamos hasta el anfitrión y reservamos una mesa para la noche siguiente.
El lugar está lleno, tan ocupado, y haciendo un ambiente divertido y emocionante. Teníamos pizza y otros platos, cada cosa era delicioso. Asequible, gran valor. La mejor experiencia gastronómica que tuvimos en Florencia.
