We go to this restaurant recommended by friends and seeing how dinner went I admit that I have to listen to them more often! A place that seems simple but has everything in the right place in every little detail and is "warm and welcoming". The menu takes you into the real Friuli (it is also written in Friulian) with typical dishes, starting from appetizers with sauris ham, formai frant with polenta and an off-menu with tartarre with black truffle. Then under the first courses with plum gnocchi, pasta with venison ragu. For example, the particular cut of Prussian beef and, with honorable mention, the pork leg with beer sauce, simply special. So full we gave up dessert and went straight to coffee. The choice of wines is also excellent, perhaps not as abundant as in other places but with targeted and very valid products. Impeccable service, friendly and approachable. It should be noted that it is not a cheap place but the price is abundantly justified by the quality of the products/services/structure offered, recommended for special occasions. We will definitely be back!

Starter: Teor raw ham highly recommended. Even the homemade babà was a journey on the palate. For the main course we all had a risotto with marrow and caper powder, all good up to that point. But when I found several pieces of marrow bone in my mouth, I wasn't exactly satisfied. My two companions also had bone pieces in their risotto. I don't expect pieces of bone in a risotto. In questo locale ci ero gia’ stato 2 volte ed in entrambe le occasioni mi ero trovato veramente bene, allora mi sono detto non c’ è 2 senza tre e per fortuna che ci sono ritornato. La sensazione di accoglienza è molto gradevole e dalla cameriera sempre con il sorriso, al titolare che ci ha guidati in questa esperienza di sapori e profumi inarrivabili, siamo arrivati a capire la mentalità del cuoco; stupire e far godere un esperienza unica all’ Ospite. Consigliatissimo.
