01/02/2025: Small but nice and quiet environment. Typically Maremma cuisine, homemade pasta and desserts (and you can feel it). Simple but substantial 💪. The owner's company was pleasant around the tables. Pleasant discovery

01/01/2025: As for the pasta, excellent. Fresh handmade that melts in your mouth. It's a shame that very little seasoning is used. The wild boar ragù on the tortelli as you can see from the photo was poor and "stretched". Condiments such as truffle or white ragù not received. The (I presume) owner who sits at the table to take the lead while screaming and coughing endlessly would honestly rethink it. It was embarrassing. Basically, the quality of the pasta is great but I wouldn't go back.
