What can I say about this place? A perfect restaurant, with extremely friendly, fast, and professional service, great food, and a breathtaking terrace. We've been to many places and restaurants, but this one ranks high among the most unforgettable experiences. Thank you for the wonderful evening, we'll definitely be back!

Typical Sardinian cuisine, with fresh, delicious local ingredients. The atmosphere is truly homey, with a warm welcome and friendliness that will make you sad to leave. Excellent value, generous portions. I recommend eating light before dining there, so you can sample everything the restaurant has to offer. The suckling pig was superb, the grilled mutton was excellent (I don't usually eat mutton, but I could have eaten a whole one). Highly recommended for anyone who wants to fully immerse themselves in the REAL Sardinian culture. More than just a dinner, it was an experience of a lifetime.

Dinner with friends at a restaurant on the top floor of a building offering stunning views of the Ogliastra countryside. Food is prepared with top-quality ingredients. We opted for the second course, which was tasty and plentiful, and the service was welcoming, imaginative, and friendly. The price was EXCELLENT.

From the outside, you might wonder where you're going, but once you enter and climb all the stairs, you find yourself in a welcoming place, before reaching the panoramic terrace. We dined with a traditional Sardinian set menu, from appetizers to desserts, all delicious and with generous portions. The staff were very attentive and friendly, with a unique sense of humor that makes the place even more unique. Finally, the owner, who explained his thoughts on hospitality and hospitality, left us pleasantly surprised. At the end of the dinner, we felt as if we had eaten at a friend's house, even though we had never actually met them. We are very grateful to the owner and the staff at Il piede di Porco for everything; if possible, we will gladly return. Our heartfelt congratulations

A pleasant surprise...a somewhat unusual location with the kitchen on the fourth floor and a terrace on the fifth. Very good and plentiful local food, intense flavors, and a warm welcome. Fair price considering that children/teenagers are free, and we ended up spending €90 for four of us.

A wonderful evening: plentiful, excellent food, fair prices, and friendly, welcoming staff. We chose the meat menu: Mixed appetizers (a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, coccoi, sheep sausage—incredible, sheep in Cannonau sauce—uniquely tender, mushrooms, peperonata), two first courses (handmade malloreddus and a long fresh pasta dish with four ragùs), roast sheep with potatoes, roast suckling pig, desserts, myrtle and limoncello. Definitely recommend!

Ristorante top. Ambiente familiare con ottimo cibo. Antipasti primi e secondi fatti secondo la tradizione con ottime materie prime. Alberto e staff come se fossero di famiglia. Torneremo.

Un luogo sorprendente ed affascinante. Serata di pioggia torrenziale per cui, in seguito ad alcune disdette, eravamo gli unici avventori della serata. La gentilezza, il calore e la simpatia del cuoco e di chi ci ha servito, oltre alla bontà di tutte le portate, non ci hanno mai fatti sentire soli. Cibi buonissimi e d'altri tempi, memorabili le pancine di pollo, le salsicce di pecora al canninau e la pecora arrosto. Seada spettacolare, anche dal punto di vista estetico. Ginepro fatto in casa perfetto a fine serata. Un compleanno di mia moglie originale e memorabile. Non mancheremo di tornarci d'ora in poi nei nostri periodici soggiorni in Ogliastra.

13/07/2025: Amazing lunch! I was already impressed by the description of the dishes and the friendliness of Claudio, the owner, over the phone when I booked. We arrived and opted for the tasting menus. Everything, from start to finish, was excellent and plentiful. Beautifully presented, we had the opportunity to sample many local specialties. I thank Claudio and Beatrice for allowing us to try exquisite Sardinian dishes. This is a place worth keeping in mind and definitely returning.
10/07/2025: Ristorante Pizzeria La Pineta is located in Arzana at Vico 1, Via Don Orione 4. The restaurant, which opened in 1977, has retained its original style. The historic photographs displayed throughout the restaurant are also beautiful. For lunch, we enjoyed the typical Ogliastra cuisine, including culurgiones (a type of pasta), orrubioloso (a type of pasta), and the fantastic roast meats. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was very family-friendly; don't expect a fancy restaurant, but this makes up for the genuine hospitality and informality of the place. A truly authentic place where you can savor the flavors of Sardinia. The view from the parking lot, overlooking the coast, is beautiful. Even though it was a fairly hot day, the cool air from the pine forest stretching along the mountainside added to the atmosphere. A well-deserved five stars.

Ristorante Trattoria Da Angelo

18/07/2025: First time here. Spectacular! We ate wonderfully and had a great chat with Angelo, a wonderful person. The grilled fish was exceptional, as were the malloreddus and culurgiones (forgive me if I spelled them wrong). Everything was delicious! Congratulations!
11/07/2025: Excellent restaurant: traditional dishes, strictly handmade. The culurgiones and sebadas are top-notch! Excellent service. The owner, Anna (a superb cook), and the waiter, who continues the family's historic business, were very kind. It was a pleasure to chat with them. Anna came out of the kitchen, carrying the pasta and filling, and showed us how to close the culurgiones. We'll treasure them and return!
