My husband and I visited this delightful restaurant last Saturday, and the owner was incredibly kind and helpful in introducing us to her signature dishes. We ate Michelin-starred gorgonzola and pear parcels, artichoke and sausage-filled rosticciana, and lemon-fried chicken. Everything was delicious. The only flaw was that the fried chicken had all the bones, but it was delicious and fried very well. The price was more than fair. We'll definitely be back. We really appreciate the work of the lady who, with her restaurant, keeps a beautiful but almost deserted village alive.

Located on the road with two large parking lots, a charming and welcoming atmosphere, and authentic, traditional dishes. Marisa is a great conversation starter about the dishes and the local area. Definitely worth a try.

Excellent food, friendly and approachable owner. Bob the waiter is super sweet 😂. We parked our camper in the lot in front of the entrance and were able to come in for lunch with the dog. Highly recommended.

We got a table for seven without a reservation. The owner was very nice and spoke good English. The meals were generously sized and the prices were absolutely reasonable. The view was, of course, also a highlight.

A culinary experience we recommend to all lovers of good food. Here's a taste of our gastronomic journey: 🧀 The creamy pecorino fondue with truffle sauce: a standing ovation-worthy start! 🍝 The pici with venison ragù: a first course that is pure Tuscan poetry, rich and enveloping. 🥩 The fillet with truffle sauce and the tagliata with arugula and parmesan: the meat, the true star, tender and flavorful. 🍖 And to finish in style, the lamb: an authentic flavor that ended our dinner on a sweet note. A perfect blend of tradition and flavor, all in a welcoming atmosphere and with a romantic view 🥰. Congratulations to the legendary Marisa for giving us such emotions at the table!

A varied appetizer, the homemade cheese fondue is noteworthy. Tender sliced steak, assorted desserts. All good for a reasonable price.

20/12/2025: Finally, a restaurant serving typical Tuscan cuisine—good, and without too much fuss. The all-you-can-eat formula, applied to a traditional menu, is perfect, allowing for unlimited choices of appetizers, first courses, and second courses. Excellent service, friendly, and cheerful staff. The location is beautiful, an old mill with barrel vaults. We'll be back!
20/12/2025: If only there were a sixth star... Dinner with friends. Appetizers, first courses, and second courses. Everything was excellent, especially the gota, pici, and tagliatelle with Cinta Senese ragù.

Il Loggiato

13/01/2026: We were wandering around a fairly deserted Bagno Vignoni on a wet afternoon looking for a dry spot to get a bite. We happened upon Il Loggiato, what a great find. They had limited menu options due to the time of day, but what they served was excellent. I would say that I enjoyed Il Loggiato's pizza as much, if not better than the ones I ate in Napoli. The crust was a little thicker, not doughy, and the flavours were excellent. Other plates received high praise from others in our group. The ambience was calming: The service was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!
12/01/2026: Discovered this restaurant by chance as it's one of the few open this time of year. Rustic setting with a relaxed atmosphere. The food is exceptional and high quality. Highly recommended are the tartare and the tomino with truffle. The figs with lard are also delicious and unique. Excellent 👏
