The perfect choice! If you are looking for a restaurant in the Casole d'Elsa area where you can eat very well, Il Piatto Forte is the perfect choice. This restaurant represents a fusion between Tuscan culinary tradition and technological innovation, offering a unique gastronomic experience in step with the times. The place has introduced something new that makes it unique: a robot waiter named Bob. The atmosphere is welcoming and with attention to detail with attentive and friendly service. The quality-price ratio is right. Thanks for a good lunch! Highly recommended!

In recent days, being away for work, we went to dinner at this tavern, what can I say, a warm and welcoming environment, Mrs. Marisa was wonderful and friendly, we were treated like princes, we ate appetizers galore, two wonderful and delicious Florentine women drank at great wine from the Antinori winery, finally desserts and very welcome homemade liqueurs offered which gave me the knockout of happiness 😃, we will return as soon as possible because we have been to many places but here we were at home... thanks for the welcome from all my colleagues The Boys of BRESCIA

At the end of an intense day of visits and walks, we arrived at this quiet restaurant, welcomed kindly and served quickly by the very nice Noemi. We enjoyed several typical Tuscan dishes, from ribollita to Florentine. Very good, also for the good value for money.

Elegimos este restaurante debido a sus vistas anunciadas desde su terraza, que fue una muy buena decisión. Nuestro servidor, Noemi, era increíblemente amable y servicial . . . que nos da mucha información sobre el área local. Ambos elegimos el pollo frito con limón, que fue un buen cambio de todos los platos de pizza, pasta y carne que hemos estado comiendo. Los precios son muy justos, y si / cuando volvemos a la Toscana, sin duda volveremos de nuevo!

06/02/2025: We went to this place for a Sunday lunch. The place is very welcoming and the staff very kind. The dishes, typically Tuscan, were all excellent with an honorable mention for the pappardelle with wild boar which, personally, went well beyond my expectations. The wine list is also excellent, offering a wide choice of Chianti reds together with a careful selection of Tuscan wines. The only flaw for us was the service: unfortunately, given the crowds, our table was a bit forgotten. Even though we were among the first customers to arrive, we were among the last to leave and be served. However, the waitresses were quick to apologize and make amends, a gesture that I appreciated very much. A must if you pass by Castellina.

29/12/2024: We had the opportunity to have lunch at this restaurant on the 26 of december, big table for all the family. Everything was delicious, we all were very happy with the food and the service. They were specially kind with my 13 old month baby and helped me entertained her. Thanks a lot.
