A normal, homely, unpretentious pub with good food and a Tuscan view. We ate well, we recommend it, we will come back :)
The male side ate a well-prepared steak, the female side ate pasta with truffle sauce, all tasty and at affordable prices. Stuffed with good tiramisu.

Location gradevole anche se non nuovissima, piatti veramente buoni e prezzi onesti, la zona è bellissima e un tratto di Toscana incantevole e rilassante. Il servizio è decoroso nonostante un robot porta vivande, che personalmente ho trovato assurdo e fuori luogo ma del quale la proprietaria si dice soddisfattissima. I gusti non si discutono. Vale assolutamente una visita.

If you are looking for a restaurant in the Casole d'Elsa area where you can eat very well, Il Piatto Forte is the perfect choice. This restaurant represents a fusion between Tuscan culinary tradition and technological innovation, offering a unique gastronomic experience in step with the times. The place has introduced something new that makes it unique: a robot waiter named Bob. The atmosphere is welcoming and with attention to detail with attentive and friendly service. The quality-price ratio is right.
