Sono stata a pranzo con il mio compagno dopo una visita alle cascate delle marmore spinti dalle valutazioni positive. E’ stata una bellissima esperienza: primo ravioli ricotta con sugo pomodorini e maggiorana: perfetti, da scarpetta finale A seguire scottadito di agnello eccezionali per carne e cottura, contorni di patate arrosto e mix di verdure ripassate, ottime anche questo Abbiamo terminato con una zuppa inglese e panpeposo, buonissimi Poi la sorpresa finale, amaro della casa che assomiglia ad un cocktail Fernet, camomilla, soda e pepe: spettacolare! Calice di rosso (Ciliegino) perfetto con il menù scelto e abbondate Conto onestissimo 92,00 ( acqua, caffè e una coca cola)

After a walk to admire the waterfalls, a stop here is highly recommended. Simple and welcoming environment. Friendly and fast service. Very interesting menu with many home-produced products (cured meats, cheeses and meats). The pasta (ciriole alla ternana) is excellent and the sliced ​​Cinta Senese with porcini mushrooms and radicchio is spectacular. Absolutely must try!

Ristorante dell'Agriturismo La Chiusetta

08/12/2024: We were guests in this wonderful place from 17 to 24 August. When we arrived, Mrs. Sara and all her staff welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home straight away. The place is very quiet, surrounded by lavender bushes and olive groves, where for those who live in Milan like us, they can get away from the usual frenetic pace. There is no shortage of very abundant sweet and savory breakfasts, with homemade products, from delicious donuts, to jams, to brioches. Everyone was very hospitable, from the gardener to the lady who was waiting for us for breakfast and even the chef who presented us with the menu with his special dishes every evening. 10/11/2024: Splendid farmhouse, very well cared for interiors, in the middle of the woods near Orvieto. Wonderful estate with olive trees, vineyards and endless plants maintained and managed in a healthy way with attention to detail. Peace and serenity fill the air. Highly recommended for families with children although the outdoor play area could do with some sprucing up (perhaps now, mid-November it is being abandoned a bit). The restaurant is good with 0 km dishes also cooked with local products.

20/12/2024: Interesting building in the center of Orvieto. The polygonal bell tower stands out decisively on the right side of the facade
25/09/2024: Beautiful medieval church which is located in the historic center with great charm. Romanesque style with ancient columns and, in the presbytery, ogival vaults. Worth visiting.
