E’ un ristorante che richiama le tradizioni culinarie calabresi. Il locale è arredato in modo semplice ma raffinato, con elementi che evocano la campagna e il mondo pastorale, come i tavoli rustici. L’ambiente è arricchito con fotografie o quadri che raccontano la storia della cucina pastorale e della cultura contadina calabrese. Ho mangiato una Pinsa con soppressata calabrese, pecorino semiduro e friarielli. Consiglio di chiedere doppio friarielli. Da bere una bottiglietta di acqua. Sono rimasto soddisfatto, molto buono. Consigliato.
