Enchanting place. Perfect for a romantic dinner or a quiet lunch. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, complemented by soft lighting and much-loved jazz music. The staff is kind and courteous. The food is excellent, and the presentation is exquisite. Prices are a bit above average, but the experience is highly recommended.

The cacio e pepe with two pecorino cheeses and the pork belly are out of this world.

The restaurant is very well-maintained with a soft, welcoming atmosphere. We started with a welcome appetizer, with hot and cold dishes (the ones that were supposed to be hot were tepid, however), with small samples of everything. €16 per person is probably a bit too much, given what was available. We then ordered the agnolotti, which were very well received, and the spaghetti with cherry tomatoes, ricotta, and orange zest (personally, the orange seemed too strong for one of the two). For our main course, the beef round with mustard mayonnaise was very good, but the excessive mayonnaise overpowered everything else on the plate. The baked potatoes with paprika were also very good. The final bill was €73, discounted with TheFork, which is all in all quite reasonable. The staff was attentive and courteous.

We visited this restaurant on Sunday with some friends. The staff was extremely friendly, the food excellent, and the service was perhaps a little slow, but nothing intolerable. They paid close attention to food allergies, and the decor was truly delightful.

An exciting discovery in the heart of Albano. We stumbled upon it by chance after a day exploring the area, and I didn't expect to find a place like this. I've never seen a restaurant with such meticulous attention to detail. As soon as we entered, I breathed in a clean, welcoming atmosphere, with a delightful atmosphere of soft background music and dim lighting. The food? Something unique. As soon as we sat down, they brought us a small plate of olive oil and bread, a true mini-tasting of their oil. I can't even begin to explain how varied and unique the appetizer was, perfectly portioned for four people, a taste without over-filling. The first courses? Magnificent. I had the linguine with datterino tomato sauce and caramelized datterino tomatoes, salted ricotta, and olives. An indescribable balance of flavors. And the quality of the ingredients was fantastic. Last but not least, the super friendly staff. I initially booked with The Fork for 2 people. Shortly before the reservation time, we tried to add the other 2, but they only let us add 1. Surprisingly, the 20% discount was applied to all 4 of us. If you're looking for a romantic, quiet, and peaceful place, this is the place for you. If I could, I'd go there every night!

For me, this is the best restaurant in the Castelli area, hands down. A welcome appetizer is a must.
