A truly fantastic lunch. Excellent service, good quality of food and very nice environment

I had the pleasure of having lunch and the experience was absolutely unforgettable. *Appetizer:* The homemade focaccia was a perfect start, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, with that authentic and genuine flavor that immediately makes you feel at home. *First Course:* The tagliatelle alla gricia were simply sublime. The pasta, combined with the creaminess of the pecorino and the flavor of the bacon, created a perfect balance of flavors that delighted every bite. *Second Course:* The pork ribs were excellent, cooked to perfection with tender, succulent meat that fell easily from the bone. *Dessert:* Finally, the dessert was truly amazing, with a texture and flavor that made the ending to the lunch absolutely perfect. The service was excellent, with friendly staff attentive to every detail. The welcoming, homely atmosphere completed a dining experience I can't wait to repeat.

Kind, professional and good company

A local's dream! Went for lunch on Saturday and I really won't list because everything was perfect and I'm not easily satisfied at all. The service was spectacular, grace and intuition surrounded by big smiles and affability. Classic cuisine revisited a little which to my taste was nothing short of sensational. Highly recommended! We had two appetizers, a first course, two second courses and for dessert a hot saker with cold cream which made my companion go into ecstasy. Then bitter offered. I will definitely come back to taste the wine that I missed in that concert of flavors, because I was traveling and couldn't.

Very nice and welcoming place, excellent food, nice and intimate environment. The service was impeccable, the staff very kind. It's already the third time I've been back, I absolutely recommend it for a dinner in Albano!

Bruschettas and focaccias are delicious, the meatballs are too tasty (the pecorino is certainly strong enough), the Sacher is good and sweet. Small portions and expensive. Ambiance and service 10.
