I've had panzerotto at Ettore's, it's a school institution on the Navigli... the "classy" panzerotto is top-notch. And the owner's friendliness is one of the pluses of this small place. Everything is good.

I had the pleasure of trying the Italian panzerotto with Calabrian salami, and it was absolutely delicious. The dough was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, while the filling had just the right amount of spice and flavor. The Calabrian salami added a bold, authentic touch that made the whole experience unforgettable. To top it off, the host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

I went last night with friends, I tried their panzerotto with cooked ham, tomato and mozzarella. You can tell right away, homemade and freshly fried pasta. It wasn't greasy! Very good. A beautiful discovery! Compliments!

The panzerotto at Ettore is simply the best I have ever eaten. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with a rich, tasty filling and always prepared with the freshest ingredients. Each bite is an explosion of flavor that makes you want to order another one straight away! Ettore is a master: kind, passionate and attentive to detail. An experience that goes beyond simple street food... it is an obligatory stop on the Navigli for those who love to eat well. Highly recommended!

Try the mortadella with a touch of chilli. Pillowy bread, sweet mortadella, gooey mozzarella and tomato sauce. Simple and incredibly delish. The owner was also very kind.
