It's a truly well-maintained, high-quality establishment, with a great focus on customer service. The other night, the owner even prepared the Paulaner sandwiches before pouring them into a glass, carefully chilled, something virtually no one does around here. A detail that truly elevates the service. I'm not giving it 6 stars because 5 is the maximum.

We visited this restaurant in a large group, attracted by the idea of ​​spending a pleasant evening together. The sandwiches were decent, but unfortunately the experience was marred by a detail when it came to the bill: we were charged a €0.90 surcharge per person for each card payment, even though the total amount had already been split among the various diners. This meant that, for a large group like ours, the overall extra cost was significant and unexpected. It wasn't so much the amount itself, but the fact that we hadn't been informed in advance, which left us surprised and with a bitter taste, especially considering that on other evenings in the area we've found better value and no additional charges for electronic payments. To be fair, they also offered us an amaro, but no one in the group accepted it. Only one. A piece of advice to the restaurant: it would be greatly appreciated if customers were informed of this policy in advance, so everyone could freely choose how to pay. This would avoid misunderstandings and leave a more positive memory. It's also worth noting that we paid two euros extra for table service, as well as a cover charge. We received a paper placemat and a plastic cup that blew away even in the wind on the street. The staff was polite. Just a few small touches could be improved to make the experience better.

You would have had to wait half an hour for it to at least soften if it weren't for the fact that it was presented with cream that certainly didn't have the same times
