We have been regular customers for years now and every time it's like being with family. Authentic hosts like Giovanni and Rosa are rare nowadays, it's hard to find people like them in other places. As well as the team in the restaurant and in the kitchen: the chef definitely deserves all 5 stars. By following the social profiles Instagram and Facebook you can stay up to date on the menu updated weekly (yes, the menu changes every week based on the availability of seasonal products and it's an incredible thing). Meticulous research obviously also extended to the cellar. When you find the cotoletta, the ignorant turnips, the caponata, or all the other first courses on the menu, cancel your commitments and call Giovanni to book a table!
