The food was spectacular. I did the tasting. The place was beautiful. The highlight was the impeccable service. The best service I've ever had in my life; all the waiters looked after me throughout the entire dinner. I especially thank Giacomo and Marco, who looked after me from start to finish. Obviously, if you want to spend €40 on a dinner, go elsewhere, but don't make any comments.

We chose the six-course tasting menu.
Each dish was exquisitely refined (presentation, flavor, sensoriality).
The atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy.

Excellent dinner, but the service could be improved.
I must begin by saying that the hotel that houses the restaurant is truly splendid, as is the restaurant itself.
We tried the tasting menu, as when I go to restaurants of this type, I'm always eager and curious to sample the chefs' creations.
Overall, a good experience.

A wonderful Michelin-starred Italian restaurant located in the Four Seasons Hotel. The service was excellent and the food was delicious.

Amazing experience, the food was absolutely spectacular and the attention to detail was outstanding. Simone took care of us and he did a wonderful job, never missed a single detail and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager Marco made sure we were we had an amazing time and elevated our dinner to the next level. Every single person there is phenomenal. The men and women here are absolutely professionals!!!

Fin miljö, rymlig lokal. Gott schack choklad som extra. Men de var gämfört andra 1 stjärna på maten inget speciellt vad gäller smakerna. Och att ett 650kr/glas Brunello serverades vid 20-22C tycker jag var illa för den här typen av krog!

Il Palagio è il ristorante stella Michelin del Four Seasons di Firenze e la cena la vale.
Dall'antipasto al dolce, passando per il piatto principale, ogni portata è un'esperienza gastronomica.
Il personale di sala è cordiale e preparato. L'atmosfera che si respira è serena.
