Perfect hotel for a trip to Tuscany, it is isolated from the towns, it has fantastic views, an impressive sunset, the hotel has all the services, we rented some bikes and they gave us some electric ones, the landscapes that we saw on the route were spectacular. by bike 😍. They also did a wine tasting for us in their wineries (25 minutes by car). The breakfast was very complete and good, we had lunch and dinner there too, the homemade food, the pasta was great, we tried almost the entire menu and all the dishes were delicious, The prices were not expensive, the facilities were very correct, they gave us a room with magnificent views, a comfortable bed, we highlighted the excellent treatment of all the staff ☺️, we They treated us like kings, they made us feel very comfortable at all times, it is a unique hotel that you should definitely go and enjoy.

We stayed here for three nights. Even though the hotel is more on the rustic side, especially the rooms (but this was also exactly what we expected when booking ;)) the breathtaking view is absolutely worth a visit, even just for a drink or lunch. We had a rental car and had some really nice drives to Volterra etc in the most beautiful autumnal nature. The rooms were clean and also cleaned daily. Breakfast was great, actually more variety than we had expected. We also had one lunch and two dinners here because the food was really good actually! Last but definitely not least: The service was perfect. Everyone was super kind, welcoming and helpful. We had some rainy days unfortunately but the team helped us out with a nice wine tour. Thank you for the great stay!

Only one day passed but I would say everything was perfect. Lovely place.

A nice place to stay. The family gives you a warm welcome. The renovated brick house in the middle of the fields and open nature is a dream image of typical Tuscany. The rooms are clean and simply furnished. The breakfast is sufficient and varied and the coffee is very tasty (always fresh from the portafilter machine!). We highly recommend the wine tasting, which is free for guests, in the winery some distance away. The hotel also has a restaurant where we had dinner once - the taste was great! Great stay & highly recommended 👍🏼

We stayed here in a "superior" room for 5 nights in August 2024. Location very good (each about 1 hour to Florence, Pisa or Siena), Volterra and San Gimigliano very close by. Good restaurant, breakfast unfortunately mediocre (e.g. only one, pre-cut sort of bread...). The house wine is served in front of the guest from plastic boxes. Pool nice, but clean is different. Too few loungers for all guests. But the worst was our superior room. Fantastically photographed on Booking, but in reality small, dirty, upholstery stank, hardly any light, small wardrobe, bathroom borderline ok. Don‘t want to bokk a standard room! Not to recommend, look for an alternative in this sight and spend 10.- more per night!

We had dinner here on Saturday evening: wonderful location, super welcome and excellent food and wine. Giulia, the owner, is very nice and very kind. We will be back for a stay!
