Lovely restaurant, good and plentiful food (we had excellent tuna caponata, excellent chickpea and calamari soup, delicious tuna fillet with onions, and very good wine). We spent very little considering the location, which is very quaint.
I would definitely return.
The place is the Aurora restaurant, not the Pakkaro spaghetteria!

Ristorante molto carino, informale e con tavoli nella piazzetta, perfetto per una cena in famiglia o tra amici. Ampia scelta di busiate in tutte le salse e ottimi secondi pesce. Il tonno alla griglia è super consigliato.

Not to be missed!!!! A little out of the way compared to the more central and posh alleys, but here you will find excellent Sicilian cuisine!!! Few frills but of great substance and quality. Truly remarkable fish dishes, both raw and cooked. Vegetable dishes of the Sicilian tradition, of great quality. Tiziana cooks with love and deserves a big..well done!!!!!!!!

Exceptional typical Sicilian home cooking. High quality fish. Requested the sardines a beccafico but not procured because the market did not offer a satisfactory product. Absolutely to try the tuna fiorentina.

Tiziana and her husband win hands down. The restaurant L'Aurora is located in a delightful quiet and breezy square next to the church. Dino takes care of the table service with extreme courtesy and discretion. Tiziana cooks every dish in a refined and careful way and serves you only what is fresh. Absolutely competitive prices. To return forever and ever!

L'Aurora is a nice little restaurant, very good and well run. We ate the best caponata ever (kindly offered to us!) and an incredible raw shrimp tartare! So good, very nice and also cheap for Favignana... ahhh I forgot the baked red onions with mint!
